Was in the area and decided to stop by and try this marisco place for the first time. Place has seating for about 30. It isn’t a really big place. I can see it getting packed on weekends. But never mind the décor. Service was fast. I visited on a Wednesday at noon. O ordered a XX michelada and a campechana. Michelada was good. One of the better micheldas in the area. The campechana was delicious. Seafood was fresh with amazing flavor. Was not pricey at all. I’m ready to return to try their tacos, burritos and enchiladas. Good job Mariscos Las Brisas.

Went here based on the reviews and we were in the mood for some close to authentic Mexican food. I ordered the shredded chicken quesadilla along with the shrimp cevice. Thee food portions are pretty large for what you pay, so that’s a plus. When my quessadilla arrived, there was like a quarter inch of juice from the quesadilla on the bottom of the plate. The problem is that te quessadilla itself was sitting in this liquid so it made it really really really soggy. The tortilla ended up becoming this mushy paste(am I making you hungry?). So I ended up picking it apart with a fork and eating the dry parts of it. The cevice was just ok. My wife’s lunch portion of chille quilles was really small as well. It wasn’t what we were hoping for.

The food was good and so was the service. The only bad thing was that they didn’t have Piña colada even though it was on the menu. Other than that everything was good and so was the price.

On 1÷21÷16 my wife, sister in law and myself had lunch at MARICOSLASBRISAS located at 13460 Central Ave in Chino, CA. If your looking for authentic great Mexican Food this is the place to go with the entire family. Delicious entrees cooked fresh from the kitchen to your table. Great Salas and Guacamole also. Pleasant atmosphere and the restaurant is very clean, even the bathrooms. Excellent service and excellent waitresses. Great specials. Look no more… Mariscos Las Brisas is the place to enjoy great Mexican Food… and you can underline that. Viva Mariscos Las Brisas.

Found this little joint on a road trip to Vegas. Tucked away in a little run down shopping center. Exactly what you would expect from a highly rated Unilocal spot. Decent enchiladas. Ordered the cream cheese and red enchiladas plate, it satisfied. The chips were great and the salsa did not disappoint. They had great seafood options. The fish taco was huge and tasty. The shrimp tostada was amazing! I would order this again. Overall, this place hits the spot. Not great, but good.

Food good as usual. Service today was bad. Seems like all the waitresses were ragging it… Moody and grouchy. Empty place, all tables were dirty…

Very good food and service here. I had the ceviche de pescado and green sauce chicken enchiladas. Everything was real fresh and tasty. My waitress was a real sweet heart and the whole experience was an A+

DON’T order the Carnitas plate… it was like eating from the Sahara Desert… I’m talking DRYASHELL! I’m giving them 3 stars because they said I could bring them back, but who wants to take another drive, and then eat alone.

I figured I had to try different plates before writing a review for Las Brisas only to be left down… again, I’ve ordered the Shrimp cocktail before, the ceviche, 7 mares and it has never been satisfactory, this time I gave the steak and shrimp plate a shot, the steak was probably a dried up milanesa Cardenas had on sale, it was dry, hard, chewy and flavorless, although I don’t expect a high quality cut in a place like this it was a bad choice to offer to anyone and very poorly Executed(no pun intended towards the neighboring cows). The shrimp, since it’s optional to order them to your preference, were brought a la Diabla, good size shrimp, about size 30, but that’s about it, even though the sauce wasn’t horrible it lacked in presentation(watered down) and Tajin is hotter than this«a la Diabla» version, the tortillas are NOT handmade, I guess people believe they are for their unusual large size, this is due to special orders from mechanized suppliers, when I was a kid, I used to stand under the sun waiting in line for freshly made tortillas(one of the most embarrassing experiences ever, thank you mom, people from all walks of life had to gather to get freshly ground masa, Tortilla: the true equalizer), Thats why I can tell the difference, for this and a bottled coke it was near $ 20 which I find rather expensive for what was offered, the plate had no beans and rice and it had a dab of some, mostly artificial, avocado sauce(that is NOT guacamole), I’m surprise they didn’t throw in a lettuce leaf to make the plate seem full at least, the salsa is not bad but it quickly turned too acidic, on top of that I made the mistake of sitting down by the south wall which divides the kitchen on the other side where I swear they were hammering the meat to tenderize it, my table kept shaking the whole time I was there, later that same day when the cravings for seafood recurred I had to head out to get sushi which was tastier, cheaper and in a more comfortable environment, this is my last visit to Las Brisas, this is not Authentic Mexican anything, I do not recommend this place.

I decided to check this place out based on the reviews that were on here so I gave it a try. I was craving mexican food along with my brother. I find it adventurous to look on Unilocal when were out of town and try something new. This place is in Ontario. Here’s the breakdown. First impression: Its located in a run down shopping center with half of the center vacant. There is no curb appeal since it looks like a pawn shop from the front so I had to do a triple take to make sure it was a restaurant. Once we walked in it was cluttered in the front. There was a waitress filing salsas in the front with a table near the front entrance door. I had to zig zag so I wouldn’t run into the table. We sat down and the table which was unstable and moved from side to side, it hit the wall several times. We sat in a booth. Service was bad. The waitress forgot my tortillas and forgot an item that came with the meal. It was missing a grilled jalapeño. I didn’t realize it until I was finished and looked at the picture on the menu. She also did not ask for refills on my Ice Tea. I’m not sure if she was new or not. Food was good, it was fresh however the carne asada was greasy. It would have been nice to have it grilled instead of fried. My brother ordered the strip cocktail. He said it was really good. So thumbs up there. I looked around the restaurant and the ceiling tiles are really dated and dirty. It looks cluttered in the front of the restaurant and could use a remodel or better yet a new location. The bathroom was clean. I would try this place and see if you like it, it could be a hit or a miss. I’m not a local so I won’t be back.

The food was amazing ! We got the agua chiles which were so good, also the shrimp burrito with garlic sauce, the cocktail with all the seafood mix was really good too. The only thing was that the service was a little slow. But food wise — great

Taco special on Wedsnesday nights! This place doesn’t look like much from the outside. Appearances can definitely be deceiving. The inside is small and has a definite charm. The employees are extremely nice and gave us great service. Chips and Salsa as a starter … perfect. Chips were warm and salty with what tasted liked homemade salsa. My boyfriend ordered the fried fish. It was interesting because it was an entire fish fried and seasoned with bones and all. He really enjoyed it because the flavor was good. He made fish tacos with it. I had the carne asada/enchilada plate. Portions were definitely big. My only complaint was there was too many grilled onions on the steak but I took some of them off. Everything was reasonably priced. You can’t beat the hole in wall type places. The menu serves breakfast and lunch specials. There is also a small selection for kids menu. I am going to try the breakfast next time I come.
