We had an amazing car buying experience today at Mark Christopher in purchasing our 2016 Equinox thanks to J.C. and the entire staff. Last month we had been to several dealers trying to find the perfect vehicle but would leave with bad feelings like we were being robbed. But those feelings all changed today thanks to J.C. he searched for the best rebates and incentives available for us bringing down the price to where we could afford the payment. Not to mention Sam from financing who also gave us an amazing APR last minute in order to give us an even better deal. We thank the entire staff at Mark Christopher and the amazing customer service given to us by J. C and Sam. We are extremely happy with our purchase. Not to mention this is our second Equinox so we know we are getting a great vehicle.

Again, another bad experience here at Mark Christopher Chevy Dealer. My vehicle was called in for scheduled service (oil change and tire rotation) I have my service appointment at 8 am and had car done by 10:20 am which only possible thing that was experienced. Waits were ok for shuttle but I waited over hour and half to get shuttle pick up. Every time now I visit Chevrolet dealer service is really bad.

Never have I experienced such poor customer service. I bought a 2016 Acadia Denali $ 58k on 2−25−16. I made arrangements for a TECHNICIAN to connect my garage door remotely to the vehicle today 2−29−16 @8:30. The salesman that sold me the vehicle, Norman Edwards, shows up. He does not know how to connect the garage remote. He has me getting out & climbing ladders, locating screwdrivers, looking for owners manuals, fried my circuits, burned out fluorescent light bulbs, has me trip the switches in my electrical box twice and then leaves at 10:30 with everything broken & my garage door stuck wide open!!! I can not leave, I had to cancel my tax appointment with my accountant and when I call Mark Christopher Dealership they leave me on hold for over 30 minutes & refuse to put a manager on the phone. I have been told I can only leave a message & it’s not their problem they were doing me a favor!!! Absolutely UNEXCEPTABLE! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Bought a 2016 Chevy Tahoe from Alex. Great service very professional and extremely knowledgeable. The enire staff did a great job making us comfortable with the experience and stayed overtime because we arrived roughly 30 mins before they closed.

I have been with Mark Christopher since 2009 and they have always provided excellent service on my GM and Cadillac cars. My Service Representative, Dave Miller, has assisted in taking care of both my cars and is someone I trust when I have an issue or when I needed help with roadside assistance.

I got a deal of life time for my mom. 2016 Buick Verano, $ 700 down $ 140 a month x 24 months with 12 000 miles a year. Jonathan Click was the sales rep. Very helpful. We did the deal literally over the phone and the car was waiting there when we arrived.

it was the best experience I had at a dealership. no hassle. The quickest I have ever bought a car. Greg Hess is the best. no stress. He never came back asking for more. just said yes we can! I thought that I wouldn’t be able to afford the GMC Terrain I wanted. Took about 15 minutes and I was approved with a down payment I could afford and my monthly payments are about the same as I have been paying. I will recommend Mark Christopher and Greg Hess to everyone I know looking for a car. I am so happy with my car! Love it! Taking it to Vegas in a couple of weeks to Visit my parents and show off the new car!

This is the second time I have used Mark Christopher. The first time I dealt with George and he was very cocky, condescending, and just rude. Unfortunately I was forced to them again after encountering mechanical issues with my Cruze on my way home from work they were the closet dealer.
On this visit I dealt with Jackie who was much more helpful and nice to work with. The problem lies in the estimate for repair. I was told that it would cost nearly $ 3K to repair my car. I am fairly savy when it comes to automobiles and knew that couldn’t be accurate. I had my vehicle towed to Tom Bell in Redlands and my car was fixed the next day for $ 900. That is less than ¹⁄₃ of what Mark Christopher quoted. Either the technicians need training or I was being scammed. I am leaning toward being scammed and I am planning on reporting their service department to the BBB.

Nevin Cordero, Greg Hess and Nobu and the entire team at Mark Christopher welcomed us and truly went above and beyond when we brought our 2016 Cadillac ELR for an unscheduled service appointment.
Greg and Nobu arranged for a loaner for us to use and were so attentive to our every need. Additionally, every staff member was accommodating and courteous to us throughout every step of the service process.
We have been provided such exemplary customer service we just purchased our third car from Mark Christopher and won’t give our business to any other dealer. We are honored and proud to be part of the Mark Christopher Family and will only go to them for service for our 2015 GMC Sierra Denali, 2016 Cadillac ELR and now our 2016 Cadillac Escalade as well as for our commercial vehicle needs!

Horrible experience, came here from Irvine to check out their 99 $ Malibu special, family called Sandra on the phone and she said there are two left, when we got here Sandra was not here and we talked to a different lady, she said all the Malibu’s were all sold out and she said Sandra and my fam was talking abt a different car, which was not true because we specifically ask for the Malibu, I asked to speak to Sandra, but they said Sandra is not even a sale person, I would have to comeback and talk to her. what in the world?! I am not coming back. The front desk lady was kinda rude. Over all it was just a really bad experience. And I do not want to come back to this dealership at all.

If you have ever thought about leasing a vehicle then this might be the place to visit. My wife and I love new cars. We also like luxury vehicles. The only bad thing and we all know this is that vehicles do not retain their values very well. Over the years we had been losing out on the money that we put into our vehicles. So we decided to go with a lease on a Cadillac. Leases are not a bad deal because you are basically financing the front end (value) of the vehicle. You only need to have the down payment and the pay your monthly fees. Leases are not bad if you do not have a long commute. The thing about Cadillac is that it came with all of the maintenance, oil changes, etc. Most new vehicles have some sort of no cost maintenance program. I just want to give a shout out to Greg from Cadillac. He did a great job with showing us all of our options. No pressure and he made sure it was right for us.
As far as the maintenance goes the service and service department has been great. Whenever we need an oil change or have an issue we make an appointment or the OnStar service emails me to remind me of service. There have been a few recalls on the vehicle but the issues have been handled quickly. We experienced an issue with the touch screen and they kept the vehicle for the day, replaced the touch screen and it was all good. They even offered us a complimentary vehicle but we declined it. The service is always spot on and they keep me informed which is a plus. One thing I do like is that they make sure the vehicle is washed and looks like it just came off the lot.
The entire dealership has been going through some renovations so the Cadillac service department is located in a different building. I did like the old service area. It was real nice inside with leather seats and had a more upscale feel. Our lease will be up soon. We do have the option to purchase the vehicle but we will more than likely get a new vehicle.

Julian GARCIA is the man. got us an advertised deal almost painlessly and out from finance in no time and honored deal no haggling no fussing no cussing. Key fob was missing from deal so I got a due bill other than that this dealership and sales guy and finance manager earned my business and respect. A+++

Joe Gonzales, is the person to contact at the dealer (internet sales) he was friendly and professional in helping me purchase my new car. I had no problems with anyone at the dealer. I drove from Culver City (about 55 miles) to purchase my car and I didn’t not regret it at all

Love my new Escalade! Hubby brought me in on my birthday to pick out my present! Customer service in the sales Dept did a fantastic job. Literally the Escalade sells itself! It’s beautiful and the sales person Derrick was very patient and when he didn’t know the answer, he found someone who knew! Fadie was the sales manager who took over to get the deal closed.

Drove all the way out from Seal Beach because JC gave me his word that he could make a deal for a Buick Encore. Just bring in our trade and he’d restructure lease to fit our budget.
Never happened. Vince (finance guy) insulted us with a ridiculously low trade-​in offer, and wouldn’t budge. Unfortunately, JC was not around, maybe he could have done a bit more, but Vince’s attitude was «take it or leave it» and could care less about helping us out. We left after wasting two hours with these jerks, and headed to Penske Buick in Cerritos. Penske gave us $ 1500 more for our trade and bent over backwards to fit our budget. Two hours in Cerritos Buick, and drove off with our Buick Encore. So if you need a Buick, go see Guillermo at Penske Buick in Cerritos. They will take care of you, unlike the folks at Mark Christopher.

5 star doesn’t amount to the customer service that my husband and I received when we were in the market this morning for our Cadillac ATS.
Last night we went to Dutton riverside and we were treated like a bunch of numbers to them. Gave us a bunch of BS and went no where.
This morning, we took the risk of going to mark Christopher having very little knowledge of the business except Unilocal reviews.
SOOO glad we took that chance! We worked together with JC in the Internet sales dept. since they are contracted with
. He understood where we were coming from as far as getting the car we deserve with the price we can budget. He was not pushy, nor arrogant. He treated us like his friends. We also worked with Richie one of the managers and Sam in the financial dept. I’ve gone to many car dealership, from beginning to the end of the paperwork, it was one of the best car buying experiences we’ve ever had. Not saying it was the best time of our lives. But if you want superb customer service, I suggest you give them a chance like we did!
