Love the service. It’s walking distance from my work. I am able to call in my order and it is always ready right when I get there. Good sandwiches and delicious coffee. Everyone is so nice.

This place is okay, I keep wanting to like it and end up walking out disappointed. Today was the third time I asked for my salad w/the dressing on the side and was given a salad drenched in dressing; as soon as I saw the same guy making my food, I was already regretting my decision to order a salad. Other than that, the chicken pesto is good and the environment isn’t bad.

Not great but not bad. This café is located inside of the library which is convenient because there’s a parking lot. I’ve tried the hot sandwiches: french dip and chicken pesto. My favorite is the French dip! They give a good amount of dipping sauce for it too. The bread is fresh and they put generous amounts of meat. The Cesar salad is good, depending on the inventory though. Sometimes it’s fresher than other times. I don’t recommend the flat breads because it’s very hard and it takes a long time to make but I highly recommend trying the hot sandwiches if you’re hungry!

This place is literally connected to the library, the food is priced pretty fairly and it’s a great spot to come chill and take a break from the books if you’re studying at the library, staff is helpful and attentive. Food is. well average, it’s a small café, don’t expect to get gourmet meals here. I’ve tried their breakfast sandwich(pretty good!), and burger(decent). Cool little spot though!

Solid 3.5 stars. Grilled sandwiches on buttered garlic sourdough with a side of fresh fruit can’t be beat for less than $ 10! Location inside a library is an extra treat.

Great service, great food, great coffee. I’m here multiple times a week since I go to the law school behind the café. We all love it.

Finally decided to check this place out. It’s actually amazing. There’s a lot of different eating options. From Cold and Hot Sandwiches, to Salads and Soups. They also have a range of desserts like cupcakes and cookies. They serve Starbucks coffee and soft drinks as well as beer and wine. I decided to get the«O» Burger which for the price comes with a side. I chose fruit but there was also a side salad, potato salad and others to chose from. The burger was delicious and the fruit was actually fresh. The place is spacious and neat. It was quiet and it wasn’t crowded which is always great. The supervisor and the lady who served our food were both very nice and helpful. I will definitely be going back soon.

Good food, good music, good lunch. Probably one of the nicer/classier places around Ontario City Hall.

I love this place! I ordered a club sandwich with a side of Caesar Salad. Wow, was I surprised. The portions are huge. All for under $ 10. Great service. Always clean!

I guess it’s about time I review Page One Café. Since my office moved to Ontario, I’ve eaten there about once per week and I’m loving it. I have to be honest, though. The main source of my adoration is the caprese salad. It’s not even on the menu anymore, but they still make it! It’s fabulous. So far, they’ve had amazing tomatoes and the basil and fresh mozarella are really yummy, but the star is the balsamic vinegar… they have a really nice one and I cannot get enough of that salad! I’ve also tried a bagel, chicken salad and a club sandwich. Everything I’ve eaten has been tasty. My lunch buddy has had several sandwiches(also gets the caprese!), including the meatloaf sandwich and she also has enjoyed all of her meals. I keep eyeballing the giant cupcakes and I WILL be getting one SOON! I also love that they have an iced tea selection. Only bummer is the single size of cup! I’m a large girl and they only have small size. Boo! The staff there is VERY friendly. It’s not fast food and you’ll have a little wait, but the food is really worth it. I haven’t disliked a single thing so far. I’ll be back again and again!

That was possibly the most obnoxious thing I have had to deal with in a while. Not only have I been coming here for over a year, always as a paying customer, but I have the same routine every time I come in. I find a seat, open my laptop, log into the LIBRARY’S WiFi, NOT the café’s, and then go up and order. Do not walk up to me the second I sit and loudly say that the café’s WiFi is for paying customers only and the minimum is $ 3. It’s rude and mildly embarrassing to me.

I love researching my novels here at the library and staying for coffee with from ends. My 2 complaints; music is too loud and the takeout cup is a lower grade of Starbucks cardboard. My tip: avoid the chicken sandwiches. The chicken is a thick, compressed chunk of meat. The other items are of much higher quality.

The Ontario Library is so cool! Nothing we ordered was amazing, but it was pretty fun to have a beer on a hot summer’s day then browse the books for sale outside.

There is not much to be happy about when attending law school but… when I need a good meal and maybe a glass of wine, Page One is where its at! Michelle and Aileen are amazing. Always friendly and they prepare delicious food! My classmates and I love going there. They have delicious burgers, potato salad, black bean quesadilla, salmon, turkey club sandwich, I can go on and on…

First time here. Haven’t tried their food yet(which is the 4 stars), but love the ambiance. Smooth jazz 94.7 the WAVE in the background, free WiFi(couldn’t connect to the library’s wifi), got my coffee, sittin by the stereo. The WAVE’s playing a great set. Way better here than being in the library. This place is inside the Ontario library. They have limited seating inside but lots of patio seating and tables. They’ve got beer and wine too. Their salads look yummy. On my list to try them next time around. A cool salad is the only way to go in 3 digit temps and it’s hawt out there this week! Strange they don’t have an entrance from the outside though. You’d have to take a little longer walk and go through the library to go in. I think there’s a way to go out(from inside) but you can’t go in from the outside. I guess you can have some library books and materials thefts if you go in AND out through this café. But was this overlooked when they opened this place — inside the library? Recommend this place fellow Unilocalers! C’mon down! No library card necessary!

Overpriced. My chicken panini was plain and on the salty side, they use 1 piece of chicken breast for the full sandwich. Come on, $ 7 bucks should allow for more than that. Feeling jipped. Y is this place rated so high? Perk: the library it’s attached to is nice.

Wohooo! This café is actually located IN the library so make sure you find the library, and walk in! The food here is very fresh and the menu has a good amount of variety. You have your selection of various salads, sandwiches and soups, all of which are made fresh to order. In addition they have other things like quesadillas and grilled salmon. Don’t get me wrong, but even the quesadilla looks healthy.. . and delicious.. . I don’t know how they do it.. . but I’d love to be able to cook like this! The only catch, try to avoid the lunch rush because they are under staffed for rush times, and unless you have an hour to spare for lunch, you might not be getting out of here on time if there is a line. To get: Chicken Pesto panini with a side salad :) Healthy, but not too healthy, and a wonderful amount of flavor!

Went here today for the first time for lunch w/a couple of work people, than again almost a year later in March, 2012(yes, I’m editing my reivew a little). It’s a quaint, nice little café tucked away connecting to the Ontario Library, very unlike the kind of slummy area it’s in, but I guess they’re trying to make the area nicer because there’s a new apt complex right acros the way. But, it’s still along Holt Blvd. I never knew this place existed, but then, I’m never in this part of Ontario except for work. The menu selection has a good amount. I had the chicken & pesto panini both times, which was pretty good. The size isn’t that big. You also get a choice of sides, which I chose a pastry… their carrot cake, which was good. With a lemonade, the toal came to $ 9.45. Second visit total was $ 7.50 for the same thing for some reason. I’d never go here on my own. I sure wouldn’t make a special trip to go here & I live about 20 – 30 min away.

If ever you have the misfortune of being in Ontario make sure you hit up this spot. All horrible feelings will be alleviated once you try the food. I have the misfortune of going to school in the Inland Empire, this place is my reprieve. Personal favorites, include but are not limited to: black bean quesadilla with mango salsa, tuna melt on rye bread, salmon panini, and their assortment of salads.
