Serrano mobile notary

Called Serrano Mobile Service and spoke with Michelle and informed her I needed a notary in Ontario for noon. On the scheduled appointment day I called and informed her if we could reschedule for 12:15 for the same day as the attorney would still be in a meeting. She agreed and said that would be fine. I then get a call from my attorney who stated that she still came early and he asked her to wait outside and as he was still meeting with the client. When he came to get her she was gone. He then called her and asked her why she left and she said she had to go back to work. He asked her why she didn’t knock on the door and say she was leaving and she said she didn’t know he was an attorney dealing with a client and that she thought the lady was not going to sign the papers. That is not how you do business. If I ask you to come at a later time why would you say okay and then come early? We will never use this service again. Very unprofessional.
