Shoeteria

I would give zero stars but obviously Unilocal won’t let you. I bought a pair of Adidas campus here and after wearing them for a few days I have to say, I believe these are knockoffs or fake. They are so uncomfortable. I feel like I’m walking on rocks all day. The lettering is coming off and the stitching is coming apart too. I’ve only had them five days. I have had many pairs of Adidas before and never had any feel as crappy as these do. I will never shop here again nor do I recommend it for anybody else.

They carry a great amount of variety from school shoes to work shoes. Its a great place for the whole family. The customer service was great and they had sale items throughout the whole store. I do wish more items were on sale but other than that amazing place to shop.

Very Large shoe store mostly low budget shoes loud rap music. The loud rap music works like customer repellent. They only carry Chinese thorogood boots none of the nice ones made in America. Nice kids working there but obviously no ones supervising the the store is worried about getting new customers. If your looking for crummy Chinese shoes and obnoxious music this is it.

I just received terrible customer service at this store! I bought my daughter a pair of white tennis shoes for school. They sat in her closet until school started. She decided to exchange them for another color because white would be too difficult to upkeep. The associate said she couldn’t accept shoes that were worn! The were never worn accept for trying on in the store. Why couldn’t Shoeteria sell them again when they sold them to ME like that? The associate then tried to say 21 days is too long to accept a return. It doesn’t state that on the receipt and I thought 30 days was pretty standard. I live one hour away from the store, trying to get 4 kids ready for school and my husband is deployed. I don’t think 21 days is unreasonable. Shame on you Shoeteria, I warned you I would spread the word.

The shoes are about the same price that you would find anywhere else but the service here is really great. Helpful staff who really want to get you the shoes you want. I also believe that they have two locations in the mall so what you don’t find in one Shoeteria chances are you can find in the other.
