The selection they have is what Swarovski is discontinuing, hence the hugely discounted prices (up to 70% off!!).
I was surprised that they had quite a few Hello Kitty charms there! I asked about a pair of studs I knew were discontinued and weren’t on display, but the managed to find some random HK earrings on some locked drawers (not what I was looking for).
They have a wish list binder where you can request to be contacted if someone you like comes in stock. I signed up to be called when any HK charms or studs come in, but was never contacted (over six months ago).
Overall, I would come back, but don’t expect stellar customer service at this location. The representative over the phone was pretty rude, and in person looked like she didn’t want to be there. Luckily there was a nice gentleman who ended up helping me out (sorry I forgot your name!).

20−50% off is the promotion right now. I even see last chance watches too. I think they are 80% off if I am not mistaken.
They also have super cute and blingy earrings, bracelets, keychains and other cute things that you don’t need.
