I enjoy the positive vibe at this workout center. I love the small class sizes and one-on-one attention. I just wish there were earlier class times available. Being on teams my whole life, there is definitely a sense of teamwork amongst everyone taking the class.

They provided great one-on-one support. The trainer is friendly and goes through the various exercises clearly. There is a clear structure to each workout, which is easy to follow. Also the workouts are always a little different, which keeps it interesting.

Love love love this gym!!! The staff there are so incredibly knowledgeable. The gym is very clean witch is great no matter what time I go. The boot camps are amazing Its nice to work out in a group but still has the feel of a personal training season because of the amount of effort the staff gives to make sure your getting the best work out. Definitely recommending to all my friends and family.

I can definitely see how this place will help my overall body condition, the staff is amazing and encouraging. I was sore for several days after my first initial workout but it felt great! if you are someone that is serious about working out and seeing results this is the place to go!

Very clean. Which is a must!!! Seriously Sooo tired and sore the last 2 days. I luv how I get pushed to the next level. Altho it is a group sessions u still get plenty of one on one time. Soooo worth it!
