Customer service could be a bit better. Cashier(young girl with short hair glasses) wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. Once my name was called I head to the counter to get my food, and the guy that called my name was preparing a bag, so being that my name was called, I assumed, like anyone else would, that it was mines. After he finishes placing the items in the bag, I then go to grab it, and he snatches it back from me and says«That’s not yours, this one is yours», and gives me a bag that was pushed off to the side out of my view. Like really dude, did u really have to snatch it, as tho I was going to make a run for it and escape with someone elses food!!! Besides that incident, the over cooked orange chicken and unfriendly cashier… my experience was«OK!»

Food isn’t too bad. They have honey walnut shrimp. It’s really sweet. Their beef bowl is still not bad for the price you pay. They need to fire whoever is writing their coupons. It says one thing but when you get there they turn you away for something that isn’t stated on it. Thought that was really inconvenient and misleading. Good job on that yoshinoya!

–smells like dog food –was slow yet all the tables were dirty –ordered a chicken bowl. Yet received a beef bowl –since when did they charge .67 cent for teriyaki sauce. –gave me no sauce what so ever on my bowl. Why would i want a dry ass bowl. I’ve love Yoshinoya but this location is terrible. Will never be back to this one.

Newer location. Nice and clean restaurant. Average service. Good food. Reasonable price. New meals in the menu.

Wasn’t there an old slogan once that said«Yoshinoya stands alone?» I don’t know, but I do know that this was my first visit to one. Why haven’t I been to one before you ask? I’m not really too sure myself, but I was on the way to the movies today and decided to pop in the one located by Ontario Mills for a quick bite. Upon entering the restaurant was quiet and very clean(there was no one in the lobby except for an employee who was mopping). Yoshinoya offers several bowls and plates that come w/rice, vegetables, and a choice of meat. I opted for their teriyaki chicken bowl and only had to wait about 5 minutes or so. The chicken was decent but had some pieces that were a little burnt on the edges. There was plenty of rice and a fair amount of vegetables, however way too much cauliflower imo. Overall, my experience here was pretty basic– not bad but not very impressive either. Maybe it was just me, but the employee working sounded very apathetic like they had been doing this job for too long and woke up w/a «same [sheet] different day» type of mentality…

Meets Yoshinoya standards according the many many years of Yoshinoya experience. Friendly staff, clean environment, delicious food… it’s a winner. Definitely be back soon! Waaaay better than Ontario on vineyard
