I placed an online order so that I could get the points to use for a free pizza, for some reason (unbeknownst to me) the store cancelled my order (yet I still paid for it and picked it up?). I called this morning and they will not honor the points that I was promised (the whole reason I placed an order in the first place), essentially calling me a lier. Horrible customer service! I will never buy Papa Johns pizza again!

This Papa Johns location is excellent. They are friendly and helpful, and my pizza is always delivered quickly. I have never had a problem!
