We stopped on our way to Orange Beach. Wish we would of kept going. The service was terrible! She kept closing the drive thru window when we only wanted our straws and jelly. The food for the most part was okay. My Mcmuffin was a little burnt on the edges.

The staff at this Mickey D’s are even less concerned about you than most of the others. But with that said its good to have a place to eat when you’re traveling in the night.

I should have listened to the other reviews but it was late on Thanksgiving Eve and we had been driving all day in really horrible traffic so I held out hope that it wasn’t that bad. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is bc one they got my order right and two they were polite. The food was not even warm, the bread was stale and the fries and cokes were only half full.

One of the newer remodled McDonalds, stopped here on the way to Orange Beach and OMG the service here is slow. I guess to go off on a mini rant I remember when part of McDonald’s pride was built on customer service as well as speed on getting the customer’s in and out the door. That seems to have gone out of the window lately & this place Stopped in during the morning rush & people were waiting almost out the door. Finally got my food & instead of giving me a cold Vitamin Water they took one from the display that had been sitting there since the turn of the century. I had to ask for a cold one from the fridge, Does anyone want to drink warm liquid other than tea or coffee?

Don’t get me wrong I am a HUGE McD fan. Nothing is better than a cheeseburger, fry & cold Diet Coke from McDs. The McD in the Auburn/​Opelika area are poor. The serivce and food temps are lousy. I do not even bother to go to these McD in the Auburn/​Opelika area anymore — 90% of the time I am disappointed. Luckily, I travel a lot and get to visit other great McD around the country. The Opelike/​Auburn McD should be ashamed of themselves.
