Great experience here! Two cylinders in my car were not firing. Auto Metric quickly diagnosed the problem, communicated excellently with me about it, and the fix was done quickly and expertly. Frequently runs specials on bundling routine services, like an oil change, tire rotation, wiper blades, and air filter ($ 69), which I took advantage of. Uses quality parts, same type of stuff you’re getting at a dealership. Facility is small but nice. You definitely get personalized face-​to-​face service with the mechanic himself, here. And my favorite thing of all, is that your car is vacuumed and detailed for free! I hopped in my minivan and was like, wait, why are the floors spotless and the dash shiny, and it smells great? I was told that is how they return every vehicle after service. Sweet!
