I happen to go to this JC Penny because I live close to the Orange Park Mall. I like the size. It is easy to get in and out of. There are at least four entrances from the outside so it’s great to be able to park and run in if you don’t feel like wandering through the mall.
The workers are usually fine and are great about accepting coupons which I really appreciate.
I have used the portrait studio and they were fantastic! The salon ladies are nice. I buy my products here but haven’t gotten my hair cut here.
There is a Sephora inside which is very convenient.
You can also shop online and have your orders shipped to the store which I like a lot.
My only reason for the four stars is because lines can be quite long and it can take a while to check out. There never seems to be enough people checking customers out.

When it fits, you feel it!
And the kids uniform section is great. I purchase 3 IZOD performance polo shirts and I was able to use a coupon ($ 10 off of $ 25). That made my purchase less than $ 20 for boys uniform. Now that’s a deal.
