Old Navy 5116

I went in towards closing time so it wasn’t busy. There were a few pretty good sales but not a whole lot that I really care for. I did find a pair of active Capri for $ 0.47. Yes $ 0.47!!! I had to do a triple take. Lol. I found out that sometimes online items are returned and those are the ones that are marked down for that price or $ 0.97. So keep your eyes out for red stickers if you’re a bargain hunter.
The female staff working on the floor wasn’t friendly at all, however the cashier was.

This was my first time at this store and will be my last. I asked help from a manager named KELLY with blonde short hair. She was rude right away and seemed like it was a hassle just to find an item I was looking for. She also talked to an employee very condescending in front of me about being slow with putting up sale signs. The entire store is a mess and I will be contacting HR about this location. It is unacceptable to treat you customers poorly, let alone speak to an employee like this. It was a horrible experience and ruined the brand of Old Navy for me.

This Old Navy is pretty par for the course. The lines are usually longer here than anywhere else. The selection is fine but I wish they carried at least a little bit of plus size clothing. The service is usually fine and they have good sales.

The great thing about Old Navy is they have items for Men, Women, teens, and children at affordable prices.
This particular Old Navy is organized… for the most part. There are some items lying here and there, and some items are on the floor or tossed about. it’s not horribly bad though.
It’s hard to find help in this store. There are always employees on nearly every register working just as fast as they can to keep up with the long line of people waiting to check out (don’t be surprised if you have to wait a bit). Other employees I see in the store are usually gathered together somewhere gossiping away. That’s just unacceptable. They should either be in the front of the store helping out or at least picking up the tossed about items.
Oh well… it is what it is.

This is the Old Navy store I typically shop at. I’ve been shopping regularly at Old Navy for years because their short length jeans are (almost) short enough for my stubby legs.
I hate that the only pants they carry in store in short (and long) lengths are jeans. If you want dress pants or khakis in other lengths, you have to order online (not specific to this store, it’s an ON thing).
This store is usually kept pretty clean and the staff is helpful. That said, lately it seems like every time I go in, there are barely any employees working and the shelves never seem well stocked.

Old Navy has a great variety of merchandise and are priced well. They have also changed their military discounts from only Monday to everyday. I think this is a great change as I am a frugal military spouse. Their clearance section is a fantastic place to start in the store. They have so many outfits that are still in season for half the price.
