Absolutely terrible. I usually get my medication there but when I was in between insurances I had to pay a hefty price for my medicine. When I asked how much it would be, the «help» at the drive thru informed me that it would be $ 42 when I had previously paid $ 27 the month before. I asked her why it had gone up so much and she told me records showed I didn’t get my medicine there without insurance before. When I told her I had, and exactly who I got it from, which day it was, and the time I’d come in to pick it up, she pretty much called me a liar. And told me to go price shop. Well I gave one star for the great advice so I went to Publix, across the street. It was the best move I’ve ever made. Same medicine for $ 11! They not only helped me get every discount possible but also told me the price it would’ve been without any of their discounts. $ 24! Thanks Walgreens! I’ll tell everyone how you price gouge loyal customers and have the weakest pharmacy staff I’ve ever encountered.

Stopped in for some ice cream at an ungodly hour.
Thank you Walgreens for being open ²⁴⁄₇. The CVS across the street is not.

Great service in the pharmacy always helpful and the pharmacist is spot on with recommendations. The store is clean and fully stocked.

Open ²⁴⁄₇? That’s my kinda place! Whether you want to refill a prescription or satisfy that sweet tooth, Walgreens is the place. The Fleming Island location is pretty much on par with other Walgreens. They have a great selection of a little bit of everything, and often have sales as long as you have their rewards card. The service is pretty good, no matter what time of day you decide to shop, ²⁴⁄₇ baby!
