Made an appointment here after seeing the reviews on Unilocal.My hair was three different colors from root to tip and I needed it fixed asap. Trisha did my hair and it looks absolutely amazing. The price was more than reasonable and everyone makes you feel so comfortable here. I’m more than happy with this salon.

I’ve been coming here since I needed up ‘dos for prom over 15 years ago and have loved it ever since. Jamie Pressman does my hair (highlights, cut, style, blow outs) and I even brought my bridesmaids here for my wedding to have their hair done and Jamie did all of their makeup. I highly recommend Jamie’s services; I’ve referred 3 of my friends here recently and they have all loved it too!

Found this place on Unilocal when in the area and loved it. Trisha was very experienced and worked at Peter Coppola in Westport, my usual. The décor is great, they serve you coffee and tea cakes, and have waxing and spa services as well. Very friendly, professional staff. Also reasonable prices!
I had damaged hair but didn’t want to chop off too much. Trisha told me her honest professional opinion, but listened to what I wanted and took off the damaged ends. Looks fantastic! Overall great experience.

Had a Groupon/Living Social for this. I had a phenomenal time and they are really great. They go out of their way to make you comfortable and listen to what I wanted. What I think was the best was that Trisha did not try to convince me to do an expensive straightening treatment but did say that she thought that people with naturally curly hair need to embrace their hair, not just chemically straighten it. So impressed. Love the color. Loved her. Will be back!

I have been going to Jamie for 7 years and not once has she ever failed to amaze me. Before I met her, I had been going to other stylists who were too afraid to give me the red hair I wanted. The first time Jamie did my hair, I left with color better than I could have imagined. She has always listened to what I want and isn’t afraid to be creative when I want something new. It’s like she can read my mind! Overall, 221 Post is an amazing salon with a professional team that takes great care of you. 5 stars and then some!

I have been going to Jamie since I first moved to CT the fall of 2008 and now, even though I moved to Boston, continue to make the trip to have my hair cut by Jamie. She is the first person I have ever had cut my thick hair who has known exactly what to do and how to make me feel good about my hair. She always listens to me, and even when I say, I don’t know what to do, she still creates something I love. She even has cut my toddler’s hair, fixing haircuts done by «kid’s salons» that were disastrous. All of the people who work at 221 Post are so nice and friendly, always smiling. I would highly recommend 221 Post and will probably continue driving down from Boston to have my hair cut by Jamie, she’s that good.
