We have been shopping at The Orange Active store for several years. Always a GREAT experience!
Wes, Cezana & Jackie are incredibly friendly, kind and helpful with finding just the right size or style that we might be looking for. They truly know what amazing customer service is! We love Active clothes, but it is this Dynamo team that keeps us coming back to this store!

I walked in tonight and it was surprisingly busy even though there was construction blocking the front. I just wanted some vans and to get out, just got done at the gym next door. Even though the worker there, Louis, was busy, he made sure to acknowledge me and told me he would be right with me. He then had another blonde girl (didn’t catch her name, sorry) help me get the shoes. The reason this is 5 stars is because normally these skate shops are full of kids and workers who are more worried about talking to each other than providing good customer service. Louis and this girl knew how to be chill and still put the customer first, and I really respect that. The girl even laced up my shoes while I was being rung up which was not necessary, and they both had smiles the whole time. Overall really cool store, better workers, and I don’t plan on going into different Active shops, this one’s my go to.

Wes, Lou, Jordan and the rest of the guys (and gals) at ACTIVE are awesome. I work with low-​income students in the Orange area and was looking for ways to boost interest in skateboarding and being passionate about the sport. Called a few shops in the area who had no interest in helping out or giving back… called Wes at ACTIVE and he was quick to help and decided to help us out with prizes for our monthly skate competitions. Kids are super stoked and we couldn’t be happier they are in our city. Guys are friendly, helpful and we wouldn’t steer students to any other local skate shop — true local partnership with good people.

Stopped by this store during my trip to OC from San Diego. Been wanting these pair of Toms so bad, but I couldn’t find them anywhere. This store had it, and Jake the manager really helped me out. He provided me with excellent customer service. Will definitely come back here if I drive up again. Thanks for everything, Jake. Your help was greatly appreciated.

Man seriously this place sucks… Everything is way over priced and the staff seem like they are too good for you. They price their clothes like they are Nordstrom or something but in reality it’s just crappy cotton with print on them. Stay away if you want to get more than some socks for $ 100.

Was here for 10 minutes no one helped me out. All the employees were up front at the cashier gossiping about being drunk at the club or something. why does active hire people that have little to no knowledge about skateboarding? I think I’ll spend my money at actual skater owned and managed ride shops.

My son loves this store. Anytime I have gone into this Active, the employees have been so attentive and helpful. They are around at every turn. I would definitely recommend this store if you know that they carry the items you want. I love this store because my oldest can walk in and find lots of clothing under one roof.

Great costumer service and cool environment. I came in for the early bird specials today for Black Friday and although I was waiting in line for almost two hours to get ringed up, I still give them five stars because they tried there best to get all the customers ringed up as fast as possible. They even handed out free waters to the people in line which shows they really care about having great customer service.

Do not ever shop at Active! They may carry a ton of brands but they only care about putting money in their pockets and not the customer! I went in there today to return a jacket I bought YESTERDAY. I had all the tags and my receipt and they told me I could only receive a store credit! What kind of crap is that! If I have a reciept I should be able to get my money back! Now I am forced to buy something from their store that I really dont want! Horrible customer service! Only support skater own/​ran shops!

how hard is it to hold two XL shirts? within 15 mins of me handing them to the employee she managed to loose the 2 shirts i picked out when i returned with shoes and a hat to the register! she then denied knowing anything about the shirts like i was crazy or something WTF «mediocre» employee service but the clothes are tight, i really wanted those shirts too this sucks

I like brands such as volcom, obey, vans and element because they make quality clothes that look damn cute. I am in no way a «skater girl» but I am a girl that knows quality clothing and shops smart. The great thing about stores like Active is that they put seasonal clothing on sale all the time, so I can get a cute as a button sweater, jacket or long sleeve tee for half the price during «bathing suit» season. Something about these brands of clothing that fit me nicely and are very durable. Over the years I can recall wearing the shit out of my Volcom brand something or making my vans tennies beyond smelly. These companies’ know how to make clothing and it is fun being passed the age where rockin’ a label of a skate brand doesn’t make you all «into skating».
Nice and friendly staff that works at this location too.
