Food was good. Location clean. Glad I ate here and not next door at Subways. My daughter spotted a small rat at the Subway’s trashcans.

I cant believe this franchise hasn’t been taken from the owner. They never have bread sticks and their pizza looks dry and disgusting.

Complete garbage. I asked for a pepperoni pie, and they gave me the one sitting under the heat lamp which was not even room temperature. When I asked the worker to please heat up the pie, she put it in the oven so that it was mildly warm. When I took it home, it was loaded with grease with a crust that was completely soggy with more grease. As a former new yorker, I can’t get good pizza anywhere around here. I though sbarro’s would at least have a standard similar to new york pizza parlors, but this pizza was horrible. People who work at the place barely have enough brains to have two neurons put together. I now understand why sbarro’s is bankrupt. If I could only find a good enough pizza place around here in northern orange county. The only place that stands up is Two saucy broads in fullerton.

The pizza was dry. Not the best I’ve had at Sarto. The girl behind the counter, don’t know her name but she’s there every time I’ve come. She always seems unfriendly and inconvenienced. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

Sbarro is as Sbarro does. The pizza isn’t very fancy, nor very special, but this place won me over for it’s service. They are franchised which can explain why one is better than another. The manager is super nice and will work with you when you ask for some special. The food is always fresh, hot, and the place is clean! That says a lot about a mall location.

Lets be realistic here, Sbarro’s pizza is not more than two stars on its best day and it doesn’t matter where you buy it all Sbarro’s pizza tastes the same. Doesn’t matter if you’re in the mall or at the convention center the pizza it will taste the same except for one key difference. If you’re at a convention it’s very convenient to be able to go and buy this pizza. Therefore I added +1 star for this convenience to arrive at a three star rating.

Back when City of Industry had one, I’d take my Circuit City meal breaks at Sbarro. Right now this spot’s got a «buy a slice of pizza, get one free» promo. Not sure if that’s happening at any other Sbarro. Their Hawaiian pizza usually comes with sweet pineapple, diced ham, melted mozzarella cheese and seasoned tomato pizza sauce so I was surprised mine had bacon bits in it. I don’t care for bacon, but I was craving for meat all evening so this hit the right spot.

It never occurred to me to write a review about a mall restaurant, but since grabbing some Sbarro out in Palm Desert, I now really appreciate the one at my local mall. Also, knowing that each Sbarro’s independently owned, I guess it doesn’t hurt to give credit where it’s due. The Sbarro in the Village is nice, compared to others I’ve been to. The food’s fresh & I like the Ziti which the lady there always piles on for me. Her combo’s are also reasonably priced. This is all compared to other Sbarro’s I’ve experienced.

I love Sbarro, and I always have! Great tasting pizza, large portions, and a very reasonable price. I like to get the stuffed pizzas, especially the pepperoni one or the spinach one, or a slice of plain old cheese or pepperoni pizza. The breadsticks are amazing, and they now have little garlic knot things(like the ones Zitos serves). I have yet to be disappointed by Sbarro, and will definately be back again!

You can choose between the thicker Chicago-like pizza or the floppy NY style pizza and thier thick french bread pizza. Yet to try thier stromboli’s which looked delicious or thier pastas. I did enjoy thier meatballs, about 3 inches in diameter. The woman working thier was very freindly, I think she spoke Korean, not sure. As far as authentic flavor, their were Mexican guys cooking it. The meatballs sure tasted authentic to me, not that I am the greatest judge of Italian fare. in the day, parking can be hard to find, unless you park far away, this place is in the middle of the Village Mall in Orange on Tustin, in the food court area. By the 91, 55, Tustin & Lincoln & Meats, a pretty convenient place, for a mall area. I will most likely be back again, the food is quick and good for fast food, and the cashier is cool.
