Pizza Hut

My husband is a huge fan of stuff crust. I personally do not care for it at all but since we rarely order it I said «sure why not «. I made my online order yesterday evening. I had received a coupon code in my email for a free order of cheese sticks if I ordered them online however, when I entered the promo code in the required field on my computer it did not allow my order to go though. I thought this was odd so instead of using my computer I decided to use the Pizza Hut App I have on my phone and I got the same error message. I ended up placing my order for just the pizza and called the store to see if they can honor the coupon. After holding for about 8 minutes I finally got to speak to someone on the phone. I told them what my problem was, they put me on hold for a few additional minutes so they could relay what I was saying to their manager (Karena). Finally, the person I was speaking to said that the issues has been happening to a lot of people in the area and it is a computer glitch and not my fault. I then asked him if his manager would mind honoring the free item coupon I had, he placed me on hold one last time and then said no my Manager will not honor that for you. If you want cheese sticks you will have to pay for it.
This is absolute nonsense. We order from this location so often and give them so much of our business and yet the Manager cannot honor a coupon that the company has put out to the public ??? It was way to late to cancel my pizza order and I absolutely hate to waste food, so just for fun I called another Pizza Hut location and told them I had the same problem, this other location said they would have no problem at all honoring the online coupon. Going forward I will not be ordering from this location. If management cannot do what they can to make their long term customers happy then we will just take our business elsewhere.
P.S.
The guy I spoke to on the phone was very nice, and was just relaying what the manager was telling me. Also the delivery boy was very nice as well. My review just reflects how I feel about the bad management of this location.

Fast delivery.
Delicious crust. We tried one hand tossed with BBQ pizza (ham not the hamburger and bacon) and one thick crust Hawaiian Lua pizza. Frankly, both crusts were equally good. Ingredients just right on both pizzas. Will order again for sure!

I love that Pizza Hut now has new ingredient options like spinach and a variety of sauces!
One thing: the spinach needs to be baked with the rest of the pizza and not just sprinkled dry and uncooked at the top (No where was it noted the spinach was going to be uncooked, otherwise I would have added it to the special notes section when ordering online). At the least, maybe offer it both ways to customers. Also is the spinach organic? I guess we will never know.
I think Pizza Hut is headed in the right direction with the spinach. Please make whole wheat crust (or whole wheat flat bread) as an option! I’d be willing to pay extra for this.

worst pizza and worst customer service. If you call to check up your pizza to say you don’t want olives or mushrooms on your pizza after 2 – 5 minutes calling them, they will tell you its already made and its on its way. it still took about an hour to get to my house and they don’t have cheese and pepper for the pizza if you ask for some on the side. Also the quality of the pizza is pretty disgusting. I don’t believe they take care of this location and it needs new ownership. if possible this location should hit corporate for notice for its bad business and customer service and grab people who enjoy to work and to have a better ownership for better customer service and food.

Take a look at the attached pictures. That is unacceptable. This place is horribly managed.

Pizza Hut is lucky Unilocal doesn’t allow zero stars because I’d be lying to say they deserve the 1 I’m giving.
It’s plain and simple. I order two pizzas. They’re both different. And somehow, I end up with TWO of the same pizza? Wow, how stupid can you people be?
Second, I received coupons in the mail with the address of the store on them. I go to use the coupon online and low and behold, the website did not register the coupon and says this location does not honor this coupon! Wow, how sad. This place fails on every level!
For the amount of money we are paying, I will gladly take my business to Oggies or ANY other place!

Do yourself a favor and if you want to order pizza from a chain stick with Dominos. Pizza Hut is overpriced for the amount of food you get and this particular location is dreadful the staff is extremely unprofessional and the pizza is not worth your money. Multiple bad experiences here and this past order was my last!!! Goodbye Pizza Hut!

Placed an order, estimated delivery was 30 minutes.
At 45 minutes called the store, woman who answered the phone said it was already on its way and should be there in less than 10 minutes.
15 minutes later call the store again and spent 7 minutes on hold before calling back again canceling the order.
About 8 — 10 minutes later delivery man shows up at my door.
Total time was about an 1 hr 15 min.
I’m not sure what’s worse…
The store can’t even inform their own employees that an order had been canceled within a reasonable amount of time saving them the embarrassment of showing up at my door.
(I actually felt pretty bad for having to tell the delivery man as he was elderly)
Or
The fact I live about 2.5 miles from the location and it took 1 hr 15 min to get to my door.
But I’m sure the pizza would have been fantastic after sitting in the delivery mans car for 45+ minutes.

I had ordered the family chicken pasta family pack from this location to be delivery to my work on Ball and Batavia which is only 3 – 4 blocks away and it took 1 hour and 20minutes for it to arrived. I had called the location after one hour to ask for a status and she mentioned that it’ll be there soon with such a careless tone of voice. The guy who delivered didn’t even call my phone to say he was here I only found out because of the coworker who said my food is here. When I first called to place the order the same lady put me on hold for so long that I had to hang up and called again. Overall, I called 5 times just to place an order. I would never recommended or order from here again.

I know I am talking about pizza hut. but this place surely stands out in this chain. Great customer service. Ordered 16 pizza’s today with so many different combinations as so many people had dietary and allergy restriction. These guys did the perfect job. Asked them to deliver at sharp 1 pm. They were at my doorstep at 12.59

This place NEEDS to FIRE the chick that was working/​answering phones at 1130am-​1240pm on July 21^st. The picture I posed speaks for its self, no one should be on hold for 15mins at a Pizza Hut. I work at a busy restaurant in Vegas and I have never, not anyone I know, has put a customer on hold for that long. I didn’t even have a chance to tell the girl that I was on hold forever because all I got was «I need to place you on hold» and click, straight to their recorded message. This place is super close to my parents house and after I got fed up I called the location on state collage and my call was literally taken after not even 2 mins. picked up in 15 mins, with perfect pizza and pasta. Save your time and DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION UNTIL THEY HIRE PHONE LITERATE PEOPLE, drive the extra ⁵⁄₁₀ mins to the next locations, it’s worth it.

This place is the WORST! I ordered online and it wouldn’t let me order stuffed crust so immediately called (like 2 seconds after I made the order) and they flat out lied and said they were already in the oven. Then I called them on it and the gal said hold on and put someone else on the phone and she changed my order to the stuffed crust and tried to charge me $ 10 more. no wonder they have such a terrible review!

Terrible took almost an hour for delivery on a Tuesday at 6pm. After placing my order I called to ask to bring salt and red crushed pepper… they told me they don’t have salt anywhere in the restaurant… WTF??? Seriously? If you are running a restaurant, I would think you would have the bare necessities, and do good on the scheduled time… pizza was good but I’ll never order from here again… customer service is part of the experience guys… get with the program… and don’t call Unilocal trying to remove review…

Great customer service. We know it’s pizza hut. But this place deserves at least 4 stars. Pizza turned out great too.

Idiots! Complete idiots. Uncaring. Unprofessional. This was the last straw. They do not honor corporate deals because they are franchise. And the employees don’t care if you are pissed off. DONE! I would rather go ANYWHERE else no matter the price of the pizza because of the poor, or should I say lack of, customer service.

If you want overcooked and extremely SALTY pizza then come here!
Ugh this was one of the worst pizzas I’ve EVER had! First off their online ordering system SUCKS! So many different rules of how many toppings you can and CAN’T HAVE, and about the promotions they offer! I swear it took us like 45 minutes to finally order a pizza! –_​_​–
Fast forward one hour later… This pizza clearly was in the oven too long and nobody cared about it and had the nerve to actually sell it to us –_​_​_​–
The crust was hard as brick, heck you could even use it as a weapon to hit someone with! –_​–
They taut their new crust flavors but I think they forgot about our crust which had no flavor!
I never complain about the saltiness of food unless it’s really BAD and this pizza was really that BAD! So bad that I couldn’t even finish it!
one word: DISGUSTING! I will stick to my original location by my house and never come back here! –_​_​–

This place can’t deliver on time. They offer nothing either. Just silence on the phone. I live 5min from this place and they take almost 1hour to deliver.
I’m not going to put up with such horrible service.

I tried ordering pizza for dinner for the family tonight, seen online that they had a promo any lrg with any toppings for $ 12 bucks. Thought that’s a great deal Tried to order online and I got a message that it’s not available online so I call the store, sounds like some little girl answered the phone and I told her what I wanted to order and she told me to go online and order it because they can’t do it instore. I was explains to her what the issue with doing it online was and her answer was o well I can do that order for you but it will be at regular price.
I asked to speak to the manager and she gave me rude remarks on wanting to speak to the manager. Someone must really not like their job at all to be that disrespectful toward customers.
Reading the reviews that are here I am shocked that a manager/​owner or corporate doesn’t take the time to realize that they suck!!!
Glad I didn’t order the pizza. She left me on hold for over 5 min so I just hung up on them and called Papa Johns. They had better specials as well that I found !!!

Have had good experiences here; not sure why there are so many poor ratings.
Got the pizza to go and it was really fast. Everything tasted normal and fresh.
The best way is to order online.
The store is located in a busy section of Orange and it’s a really small shop. It’s easy to miss. This location has been here for a long time.
Pizza Hut is good for what it is.

We have been eating at this Pizza Hut for 6 years. The Pizza is consistently good but the service is not so great. My daughter does not like pizza with sauce. We always order half of a pizza with chicken and cheese but no sauce. Literally every time we get told” they cannot do that. «Every time we have to respond letting them know that «they always say that and are able to do it. «We have even spoken to a manager who always agrees the cook can do it. It’s not that hard to just spread sauce on half of a pizza dough. We love the Pan Pizza and the wings but hate having to go over the same thing every time we order.
