20 minutes to get my order: bagel with cream cheese and a chai. And I had to flag someone down to ask about it(I was sitting at an outside table). «Oh, we’ve been calling you for your chai.» Really? Then why give me a number stand to place on my table? How about telling customers they need to pick up their drink inside? And still no bagel. They rushed around to get it, apologized, and gave me 2 bucks in coupons. Nice gesture, but I won’t be back. Don’t waste your time unless you have plenty to spare.

I wish I had another bagel place closer to me! I wish Panera was closer :(don’t come here unless you have lots of time to wait for your order… Even just for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Don’t get me wrong, I like to support local small businesses but let’s just say that Bagel Me’s food ain’t exactly cheap and they NEVER have enough staff in the mornings to meet the demand of the morning rush. My son was late the other morning because they took so long getting us 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese. Today I have them another chance and the guy in front of me and I just left the line because it was going to be a long wait… The only girl at the register was also the one serving the food to the tables and I’m willing to bet there was just one person in the kitchen. We were likely going to be late again. C’mon management… Hire more people at least during the rush! I don’t want to have to drive to the mall of Orange but I will if I have to. They are at least more predictable time-wise.

They’re bagel variety is very unique– love the cheese and onion! You can’t find that just anywhere. I also like that they treat bagels more like a meal than just a bagel. A lot of their menu options come with cinnamon apples(the breakfast options) or bagel chips(the lunch options). With a big party or on a crowded day, beware. They have the«take your number» system. Last time we were there, they brought out the wrong food to the wrong number numerous times. Also, there was logic behind the order in which the food came out. The people that placed their order first in our party got their food last.

Okay so THEONLYREASONTHISPLACEISGETTING5 stars is because of the young man wearing black shorts, see I don’t know his name since they don’t wear name tags but he was working the cashier /kitchen(May 10 about 11:45 am. So there was 2 workers sitting down with what I’m assuming is the owner. While this guy was giving out the best customer service /with speed. Food is also good, great variety of bagels, but it’s people like that young man who make the business’s strive. Sure hope the owner reads this and gives the young man some recognition.

Got breakfast here once, they messed up my order and forgot some items. They also can’t accommodate anyone wanting egg whites, I was told they«don’t have egg whites». Their bagel sandwiches served their purpose, and are served open faced. I got the green chile with egg and onion bagel and my wife got the egg with veggie bagel sandwich. Prices are fair.

I love that their coffee here is nice and hot! I can’t stand places that serve lukewarm coffee. As for the bagels, they’re always fresh, and even though they’re a bit on the price side, I enjoy stopping by here on my way to work on weekday mornings. The service is good and the food is good as well. I always order a toasted seasame bagel with cream cheese… a little boring I know but it’s what I like.

I’ve been coming here for 13 years and just in the last few they have gone down hill., quality wise. Bagels are stale, and usually burnt. Makes me sad to not want to come here anymore :/

If you are looking for a bagel this is the place to be. We drive to this location pass the nasty manager at Villa Park for a great experience on the plaza. Sometimes they are low on inventory but this is the best in town. Great service!!!

Nice little and quick little bagel shop. They have a delicious cheese+everything bagel that I totally recommend. The fresh squeezed orange juice is also a major bonus! They are currently putting in new TV menus and updating the shop a bit. Can’t wait to check it out once it’s all put together! Only down side is that there isn’t enough indoor seating since the restaurant is so small, but there are plenty of outdoor seats available.

OK bagels at Orange Circle location, with slow service and long lines. Maybe they are under staffed??? $ 5 min order for credit card use frustrates me.

I don’t know about this one, maybe 2 ½ stars… I was there for breakfast and wanted an egg sandwich. It certainly dd not seem like the eggs were freshly made for my meal. The bagel itself was fine, but the egg and cheese combo was not that great. I think next time(if there is one), I will stick with the bagel and some shmear.

Called in an order for pickup, a pumpkin bagel with cream cheese. Once I get there they tell me it’s a five dollar minimum, so I had to leave as I only had a credit card and am unwilling to buy more just so I can get a bagel. It would have been nice to know that when I placed my order on the phone. Seriously bagel me, what a dumb policy, I wonder how many people this has caused problems for. I understand why the mom and pop phở place I frequent has a card minimum, but bagel me is a chain. Just because you can put a minimum doesn’t mean you should, especially in the circle where I’m guessing you rely on repeat customers, given the small town atmosphere that old town Orange is. I’m only giving it two stars instead of one because I love their bagels. But a good product only goes so far.

CARBS… can you really go wrong? I love Bagel Me bagels. The corn meal bottoms are my favorite! Friendly and quick service! Possibly the only downside is that I think this particular bagel place is a bit overpriced.

There are only a handful of breakfast spots in the Orange Circle. Bagel Me! always has fresh bagels. Whether it’s simply toasted with cream cheese or one of their sandwiches you will not be disappointed.

This place is an absolute MESS. Under staffed, rude staff, long waits and NOBAGELS! What’s the point of eating at Bagel Me if they have NO bagels to sell? Waited 40 minutes for two melts and as I waited, I observed the CHAOS! TERRIBLE experience.

My sister was really raving about Bagel Me so I decided to try them out. I came through and the place was dead. To be fair, it was around 1pm and not a lot of people really wants bagels at that time. They have bagels ready for you and you can grab as much as you want. I picked up the chocolate bagel and a cheese onion one(don’t know why). The chocolate bagel was really delicious. It was very flavorful with the chocolate complimenting the dough quite well. It just wasn’t as good as Einstein’s chocolate bagel which I had earlier that week. The cheese onion I didn’t really have high hopes for but to my surprise it wasn’t too bad. It was pretty good in flavor though the cheese was a bit overbearing. I probably wouldn’t get that again but it was too bad. The ambiance of the store is very classic, like an old diner. They serve breakfast here too I believe(eggs, ham, bacon, etc.). The customer service was pretty nice and warm. They were patient while I glanced and picked out the bagels I wanted. Overall it was a good spot just not the best bagel I ever had(which they actually claim, but it still good).

What’s not to love about a fresh bagel and cream cheese? Love this location in the Orange Circle. Outdoor seating available to people watch as you sip your coffee or cup of fresh squeezed OJ and enjoy your morning bagel. Love the jalapeño bagel with light cream cheese!

Looking for a bagel place, I came across Bagel Me which is located right on the circle in Old Towne Orange. It was about 10:00am and it wasn’t too busy. I ordered a regular everything bagel with the onion jalepeno cream cheese and a small coffee. Total was about $ 5.50. The order did take a while, which is kind of surprising because I saw at least 5 people working, and this place isn’t very big. How long does it take to toast a bagel and put some cream cheese on it? I like my bagels a bit on the crunchy side, but I don’t want to taste char as I did with this bagel. Also, they were stingy on the cream cheese. And if I’m going to pay the same price for a coffee that I would get at Starbucks, it should be pretty damn good coffee. That wasn’t the case here. You’d be better off going to Einstein’s.
