Horrible service in the drive through and was the only car in line and was asked to go to the front door and someone would bring the food out to us and then my wife asked twice for no cheese on her burgers but they put cheese on it anyway and why do they do this when no other cars are waiting in the drive through really what is it for can someone please let me no why this is done

Horrible horrible experience. My expectations for fast food are not high but if there was such thing as rating a negative to this Carl’s I would. Location was dirty and restrooms smelled and were very dirty as well. As I went to order the entire staff was talking to each other and ignored that I was waiting. Once I ordered, which by the way they got my order incorrect. They were unprofessional and had no work ethics. I will not step foot into that Carl’s again.

shame on me again — 3 out of 5 times wrong order and poor service.

Good experience and friendly staff until my food came to my table, I order the famous star with no pickles and it has pickles, the fries were kind of saggy, when I try to return it, everyone got so many (notice that is 8 pm and I’m the only guest inside) the cashier in front was nice enough to change my fries, not coming back soon

Usually I come to this Carl’s because they have good service. I went through the drive through today and ordered two things… a #1 famous star with no pickles and a cheese burger with no onions.
I repeated my order 4 times.
When I got to the window the cashier was very unfriendly and unpleasant.
After I drove away, I checked my food and realized both burgers were made incorrect. My burger was the one with no onions. I received a hamburger with onions… I’m allergic to onions and they put onions on my burger after I repeated my order 4 TIMES. I had to throw out my burger and didn’t have time to go back.

Where’s the no stars review button!!! Service was slow and horrible at 130pm with less than 5 patrons in the place

I do enjoy Carl’s jr every now and then and I felt moved to review because, being as pithy and honest as possible, I am never impressed with the service and quality at this particular location. Expect unusually long wait times and subpar, hastily put together food and double fried french fries. (When they get cold you dip ‘em in the oil before delivery)

The service was a little slow but you won’t regret waiting because the food is just delicious. I had the turkey burger and trust me there’s so much flavor to it. The dining area is very clean and the fast food restaurant itself is quite organized. Not quite sure why, but there is a one hour occupancy limit. Didn’t concern me too much though.

I love Carl’s Jr. The fact that if it doesn’t get all over the place it doesn’t belong in your face just gives it one more star!

Came here last night around 8 pm. Dined in. Dining area was very clean, soda fountain could’ve used some touching up. Staff was fast, friendly and efficient. Tried a «Big Carl» which is basically the Famous Star without ketchup. Outstanding burger, perfectly seasoned and not at all over or undercooked.

This place is horrible, every single time I come here I’m asked to pull over on the side of the building. Each time the wait is ten to fifteen minutes if not more. It just seems like they forget about you after they ask you to move to the side. At first we thought it was because of the hand breaded chicken my boyfriend would always order, but he went again last night at 10pm for $ 1sandwiches, and again was asked to pull off to the side. The lady behind him had no problem getting her order. I’m not sure how everyone else here gets fast service, but the Carl’s on katella has our business now.

Really friendly and fast service!

Well we always give everyone the benefit of the doubt. I have been to this location for breakfast twice. Both times walked in and had to wait for someone, anyone to come up to the register. Why is that? People working in the back trying to persuade me that someone will be right with you… guess what? No one ever came ! First time everyone had to ask each other are we still serving breakfast? Now you are working there and none of you know if we are still serving breakfast? I do not understand the concept of customer service., You see people coming through the door and yet you do not serve them. What is the problem? Sorry I cannot put myself thru that agony ever again… I keep saying it is the simple things in life that count… The simple things… From now on I will never come back here and when I want my breakfast I will go to the one Katella & Tustin and try my luck there then come back to this horrible, no customer service one!!!

I come here once in a while and yes its a good chain :)
Its usually not packed whenever i go which i like.

Everyone! TRY THE TURKEY BURGER! Especially the guacamole turkey burger-​amazing. So so so good. Only 450 calories or something and you don’t feel totally obese after. So yes, if you’re gonna do fast food for dinner, I suggest that. Tasty and semi-​healthy (ier). Carl’s Jr. you are a genius. That is all.

Greeted as soon as I came in and the food came out fast and hot. Nice service for a fast food chain.
