Enviro-Care Pest & Termite Control

We’ve used Enviro-​Care Pest Control for two years and they’ve been thorough about ridding our property of unwanted ants and spiders.
People we’ve recommended them to have commented how responsive they’ve been as well.

I cannot speak to the quality of their work as of yet, but this review reflects the level of customer service I just encountered with their scheduler. In a recent call to schedule an appointment as part of our community inspection, the scheduler was rude, abrupt and spoke over me the majority of the phone call. The call was to reschedule an appointment; after I indicated that no one showed up during the originally scheduled visit. She immediately became defensive, interrupted me and spoke over me. Once she confirmed this second appointment — she was not clear on the date, specific time frame and sounded irritated that I had questions to confirm the details. Again, to have a professional in the service industry talk over a customer and interrupt is downright unprofessional. I would choose not to deal with this company if it were not mandated by my Homeowners Association. I already have a call into my HOA to lodge my concern over the the type of company they are supporting.

Enviro-​care does the yearly termite inspection on our townhouse every year, and I could not recommend them more. Brett has done our service every year for the 6 years, and I actually look forward to his visit. He is punctual, clean, friendly, respectful & gets the job done quickly & painlessly. I wish he could teach a class to every service tech who comes to my house.
I would give Enviro-​tech 6 stars if I could.
