Getting our courtyard redone and went in to look at some furniture. We were the only customers in the store and we weren’t greeted, no one asked if we needed any help. No one said one word to us. This was at 12:36 on a Wednesday.

Great experience! Needed patio cushion replacement for my Alumont furniture. Called up, e mailed measurements and photos and the staff walked me through pricing, fabrics and wait time. Even suggesting a matching umbrella, which I hadn’t remembered to include. The staff was knowledgable, professional and extremely courteous, with excellent follow through. Picked up my cushions and they are exactly what I wanted. Love them. This will be my go to place for all my patio furniture needs.

I was looking for a fireplace repair company to fix an issue with the gas line in our fireplace. I called Fireplace & Patio Trends to see how much I was going to have to spend to fix the problem and instead of trying to gauge me for a fee, Michelle advised me that I could fairly easily fix the problem on my own for about $ 20. I am admittedly not the handiest person, but it is encouraging to know that there are still service businesses out there that aren’t trying to get over on potential customers. Thank you Michelle and Fireplace & Patio Trends for doing the right thing! You have earned a new loyal customer who will undoubtedly need your services in the future!!!

I’m surprised at the reviews for this place. We had both our fireplaces revamped — one with glass tiles and mirror deflector and the other one with a new fireplace inset screen. The help we had was amazing. From the initial just talking over details to be sure they understood to the in home measurement to the professional installation — all steps were done with thought and precision. Tim did a wonderful job making sure our fireplaces looked great — I actually hugged him because they turned out so nice. I would recommend them again without reservation!

Terrible service! My family and I arrived 10 minutes before the store closing, so maybe that’s why they were unwilling to help. Regardless, I think good customer service knows no business hours.
I went to the counter and showed the gentleman a picture of our home fireplace. He was curt, snarky, and unfriendly. Bottom line: I went around the corner to Home Depot and purchased a gas fire log for ½ the price.
This business missed out on some good money. I was willing to pay for a custom job but instead, I will never walk in to their store again. I don’t recommend them.

Is this place open? No cars in the parking lot, but the neon «OPEN» sign is lit. Lets go check it out.
Had lunch at King Lobster Palace right next door and saw this place. I am looking for a gas log set for my fireplace and this place had some decent looking ones for a reasonable price.
Actually compared to BBQ’s Galore in the Tustin Market Place, they were at least 100 bucks cheaper. So I am probably going to go back and purchase a set here.
On a Sunday, there was only one employee in sight. Granted its not that busy, but it took a little while to get a couple questions answered.
