My go too when i want sushi! I love the volcano roll. The chicken teriyaki bowl is also great, my sons fav! Definitely recommend great good & service.

This was my first time eating here and I am glad I did the food is great !! I had the steak and chicken bowl with half veggies and half rice. The steak has the best flavor I have tasted at a teriyaki place the veggies are also very good the chicken is good and the rice is also good as well. There sauce also taste very good very sweet taste its not to salty like other places. They also have a lot of outside seating witch is nice the inside is also a good size. The quality of the food is great here it is all natural ingredients and very healthy witch is great !! The have great menu options lots to choose from I can’t wait to try more .
The service was very fast as well and they provided good customer service as well and the food was also very fresh. The location is also very nice really clean and well kept up.

Solid joint. Haven’t let me down yet. Super bowl, salmon, or eel bikes are what we like to get. Bomb!

Good flavor chicken and beef. However, the portions of chicken they give you get smaller and smaller the more you come. The last time I ate here I ordered a beef and chicken fuji bowl. It was literally a few fatty strips of beef, a couple of chunks of chicken and a mound of rice. It might be time to go somewhere else. Thanks

Just had the salmon. Fantastic! Hector is very friendly and the service is fast. The chicken and vegetables are great too.

Just an all around great place, I love it there and I should probably try and cut down on it. Would totally recommend!

I love Fuji Grill. This has been the 3^rd location I’ve tried. Out of the 3 I’ve been to, this is the only one that does not have a restroom for customers. The food is great. I usually just get the chicken & steak bento. This time I also got extra shrimp tempura and a Washington roll. This location gives edemame with the bento, whereas the one in Brea gives 2 prices of California rolls. The Fuji Grill teriyaki sauce is the best thing ever. I was a little sad that the cashier turned half the lights off as soon as it turned 9pm. I was nearly done eating & I wished I was better able to see my food with the lights still on.

First of all the guy barely speaks loud enough to hear and didn’t offer a have a great night or thank you. Second, I asked if the box special was the same as the combo I get at other locations. He proceeded to tell me it was different although I just got it and it’s the same. But I ordered them separately and paid $ 4 more. Which really pissed me off. What a scam, he didn’t even say to order the special because it will save me money. SO IRRITATED! Will never be back to that location. Newport Beach is the best location

Would not go for sushi here, reminds me of those refrigerated pre-​made rolls you buy at a grocery store. rice on the sushi was so thick and mushy! Probably not the fresh-​est. Had the teryaki bowl combo and subbed spicy tuna rolls instead of cali rolls. Teriyaki chicken itself was good. Next time go for the bowls only!

Very delicious, service was great. After a long day at Disneyland this was very filling Highly recommend the Super Bowl. Great service. Great quality

Sashimi is cut PAPER THIN. Not worth $ 6 for 5pc of fish I can see light through. Maybe this place is known for other things but they are very skimpy with the sashimi!

This Fuji Grill location is the best. Consistently great food and great service.
I used to eat here when I worked in the area. Now, I just stop in when I’m in town. My brother is a regular here. We like to get the chicken and veggie bowl. All of their food is good though.
The place is maintained well and the quality of the food is great. Hector is always working there and he does a fantastic job.

When I worked in Orange 8 years ago I used to come here all the time because it was one of the few places to eat nearby that I could get delicious but healthy food. Just went back here recently and I think the same guy still mans the place, haha. There are a lot more sushi and poke options now too. The food is still good but my only gripe is that the salmon portion is very, very small. I don’t think it’s worth the price paid.

Decent food at a decent price. The staff was friendly enough but not exceptionally so. Maybe business is slow but the person working the register was on their phone whenever someone wasn’t ordering.
The food is pretty good and you get a good amount. The only thing that sucks is you can’t really change up the items (like swapping out salmon for crab meat or adding extra tuna).
I’ll come here again when I have a craving for Japanese rice bowls because it’s relatively quick and the quality is good. Just keep in mind, it’s nothing special so you’ll leave full but not raving about the experience.

Trying to stay healthy even on my «Cheat days» we decided to come here for dinner. The food is comparable to Flame Broiler but I will give it to this place they have the better beef. I still prefer Flame Broiler over this place and Didn’t give this place 5 stars not because the food wast delicious but because I left hungry. I needed more.

The taste of the food here was good but I was not happy with the quantity or the service. I came here yesterday and ordered a tokyo steak and teriyaki chicken combo for lunch. It came out in an few minutes in a plastic container. It came with rice as well as edamame and it cost about $ 8.00. The portion was rather small compared to other places I’ve been to so I feel the value wasn’t great. Also, I was one of the only people in the restaurant and the cashier wasn’t all that helpful nor did he seem to enjoy being there. I probably won’t be back.

It’s been about 4 years since my last review of this place and it’s still great! I eat here at least once a week and sometimes up to two or three times. The food is consistently good, healthy and a decent price.
I don’t understand the criticisms about the service because Hector, my friend who works behind the counter, is kind and attentive to everyone. He remembers most peoples orders and even walks their talk-​out order to the table where they are waiting.
I’m baffled that Fuji Grill only has 3.5 stars when a horrible restaurant like Jagerhaus (in Anaheim) has 4 stars and a lousy donut shop like The Donuttery (in Huntington Beach) has 4.5 stars! Unilocalers need to get their taste buds checked!

Fuji Grill has a good menu of different things but what is lacking is the right amount of portion. The pictures on their site and store are definitely different when it comes to the amount they give you.
The service and cleanliness of the place is good. The food comes out pretty fast also.

I did not like this place. I got the beef and chicken combo. it came with a rice, side of salad, edamame, and a shrimp tempura. $ 9
I like my beef and chicken more tender and this was kind of dry. I really liked the beef and chicken at the hawaiian bbq places. a lot better than this place
I didn’t even want to try the sushi because this looks like a mediocre place and I only eat fresh sushi
the shrimp tempura had a thick coating which I didnt like. I like it thinner like in regular sushi places.
I will not be coming back but bf thought it was okay
