Had a thumb drive that had broken; it had been connected to a laptop that fell off a couch and the thumb drive took the most of the impact. I had opened up the case and all the connectors had broken off when it connects to the board. I am good with electronics, but that was beyond me — one wrong move and i would have soldered the micro-​pins together or fried the chip since that where they connected to. I called them on a Saturday morning, dropped it off in the afternoon, and he had successfully repaired it and extracted my data within an hour or two. Great service, communications and pricing. Would definitely recommend and will use again next time I need anything like this.
