Employees are less than helpful. Tried to be courteous and waited for the employee to be done talking to another employee. Turns out they were discussing about going to take a smoke. Seriously?
So when I finally got the chance to ask her if they still take donations, she says no because they close at 6:30. Ok whatever. So I walk out staring at my large bags of donation and look at the time. It’s 6:30 now. Wtf, it wasn’t even 6:30 when I was talking to her. She couldn’t even check in the back to see if they would take my stuff. I definitely won’t be making a second trip. Much less to this location. It’s dirty, disorganized and not worth your time. Go to the Costa Mesa ones where it’s bigger and cleaner.

Girls that work here are kinda rude they will leave you standing there at the front desk when they see you waiting there and keep on doing what they are doing. Other than that it’s pretty good

Whoever runs the
website should be canned. My
account was disabled and I had no idea why, so I followed instructions and email them. Took me 3 month to get in touch with anyone at their Orange, CA location. I left massage after message for 3 MONTHS!!! With no response! What was given to me in the end, a PERMANENT DISABLED ACCOUNT!!! That’s right, permanent, like in never again… What a joke! Beware of that site ladies and gentlemen.
