Great deals here when I visited this store in the Outlets at Orange. What’s not to like and lots of room to shop

Store associates really bad. There was 2 cashiers, we were waiting behind a person that is returning clothes for like 10 mins, a cashier opened up another line and decided to take only people in line in the middle and isnt making herself a new line. Very unfair because she saw us waiting for awhile and does not tell us to go to the line in the left like the other cashier. I think its ridicilous, the other girl just took a few people and left… And it is a holiday season so she should of stayed and take care of the line before LEAVING, poorly trained.

Love all there clothes. The only thing I dislike is that the clothes are packed so tight its hard to pull out clothes. Employees have always been helpful here.

I’ve always liked the selection at this H&M, as well as the store layout. I was really surprised by the low rating this location has. I noticed some people complained about the employees attitude so I decided to put them to the test ;)
I recently bought a sale item at the Brea location, but realized too late that it was a size too big. So I called this location to see if they could help me. When I called, I was immediately transferred to Mela (in my experience, retail businesses take forever to transfer or even forget to).
Mela had a great customer service attitude. I didn’t have the style number ready, so she allowed me to simply describe the item to her! She was very patient and didn’t rush me off the phone :) I could tell she was trying to help a sista out to find the exact item I desperately wanted to purchase!
I didn’t even have to wait a full three minutes before she gladly reported that she found the item I wanted, in the size that I wanted! Not only that, she allowed me to place the item on hold for the rest of day as well as the following (just in case I didn’t make it before they closed). I was very pleased with the customer service! This H&M is located inside «The Outlets of Orange» (used to be known at «The Block»). There are two convenient entrances. One side will take you to the women’s and the other is the men’s. It gets crowded in here because they have lots of clothes and not enough space.
I used to hate shopping at H&M.because their clothes never lasted. My clothes would rip or tear, but then I realized that everywhere else pretty much has the same bad quality stuff. Then I got smart and shopped during sales instead of paying full price. What I really like about H&M now is their clothing donation drive. If you donate a bag of clothes, you get a coupon. This location started giving out 20% off entire purchase coupons, but I noticed another location had 15% off one item instead.

I was very unhappy with the personal at the store. I don’t like rude people that’s not good business. I was insult when a cashier was treated some one I care about very poorly and so rude.
