This place is awesome ! Beats Subway and Togos any day of the week. A bit over price, but well worth it! 5 stars

I would have given you more stars, but when I called in my order in advance I had a few issues. The person who came out to my car(I am handicapped and can’t walk far, I also have disabled plates) was kinda rude to us. He asked me if this is going to be «charge» to which I told him no, so he goes, «so how do you intend on paying for this, kinda rudely» I told him my girlfriend was going to pay(which I had already told him). Additionally, the WAY he said it I was kinda embarrassed like the way he said it was like we were begging on the street. Also, The soda(I got a diet Pepsi) tasted like crap, over watered down and tasted like a cheap knock off of Pepsi which I threw out. my 15 inch sandwich was way too salty(I asked for a drop of salt, not the ocean), finally the guy who took care of us, I asked to speak to him and he went, no man, I can’t talk to you, I have to wait on customers, very busy man, then he gave me a fist bump whatever for I don’t know. He acted weird because I told him I use to live in New York, I guess he thought he was being«cool» with me, I have no idea. The bread wasn’t that great either. I just wanted to report the guy who took care of us, he really wasn’t that«cool». By the way, there were more than enough people working there inside to take care of the customers.

After sharing my experience with the corporate office I received a call from the store owner. He was very apologetic and gave me a refund. The owner was very nice and genuinely wanted to know what happened.

It’s honestly a shame when a foul employee can ruin such a good place. Went there today just like the regular I am, and only received complete rudeness from the front desk guy(he is the bald one) I’m going to make sure I never go back and hope anyone read this doesn’t go there.

I enjoy the sandwiches but the service is always lacking. When I inter they make a point of greeting each customer but they are always busy doing something else beside helping the customer. So after waiting on them to get around to what you want they take orders from the next 5 people and I stand there waiting for them to get to my order. I guess this is normal for Mikes. Get annoying after a while.

The sandwiches are so yummy and the staff seriously rules! My husband and I eat here about twice a week. Super cool vibes, very clean, and always fresh sandwiches.

My boyfriend went here to get us sandwiches with a coupon. He told me they weren’t very friendly when he presented the coupon and the truth was the employee wasn’t even trained to do the promo code on the computer. So we are eating at home I had a buffalo chicken wrap he had the number 5 American sub. Everything was tasting fine… An hr later had terrible diarrhea. My boyfriend was fine. Idk if they didn’t label the buffalo sauce or ranch bottles because I’m pretty sure that’s what caused it. Bacteria in sauce containers or lettuce/tomatoes that are not labeled or washed properly. I would call but I don’t think I would want another sand which from this location. Yuck.

It’s really good! Had the meatball sandwich. Really big portions. The meat and sauce both tasted really good. Very fresh and warm. The bread is soft. The cheese is the best part. It can taste a little salty, but overall I liked it a lot. The service was a little slow, but they get pretty busy. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean and looks pretty new. Will return. Reminds me of Which wich.

This location gives an awful name to the Jersey Mike’s franchise. I was not welcomed or greeted by the employees, simply asked what I wanted. Alright, fine, not a huge deal; but when they began making my sandwich they placed it on a scale. The lack of meat on it was simply unacceptable. I noticed every location which does not use a scale puts about 6 – 8 slices of turkey on the sandwich, this location put 4 slices on. I should have just walked out right there. I WILLNOT return to this location and I WILL warn others not to come here if they wish to get their money’s worth.

I Like the sandwiches, but the employees are a bunch of idiots! Every single time I go here they mess up my order one way or another. Employees are not very friendly either. And please please put napkins in my to go order or a fork if I’m going to need it. Biggest pet peeve when they don’t.

Like any new restaurant, I try to find out what they do the best. The hot sandwiches are delicious. And I’m not a big sandwich person! I’m ordering the chicken bacon ranch sub for dinner! Super savory but not over the top. Be careful, my husband ordered the giant, as his eyes are ALWAYS bigger than his stomach, and it’s big enough to feed 2 – 4 people. Huge! And you gotta love the online ordering. Extra props for your website!

Jersey Mike’s subs are the best. This location has the best sandwiches and service compared to other locations. They have fresh cut meats and cheese, with the toppings how you like them. My favorite is «Mike’s way.»

I love this location… 3rd time being here and service is great. My sandwich was made perfect. I drive pass the other locations to come here and its worth it. I highly recommend this location.

Came here to grab a quick bite for my husband. Ok, the big Kahuna Cheese steak is hardly a bite, it is more a big meal for two. Sometimes he saves half for later, sometimes he has it all at once, but he always enjoys it. Prices are a bit high, $ 13 for his sandwich, but if you see it as two meals and that they quality is much better then other sub shops, the prices are I guess justified. Not really and veggie options and I am not a fan of meat, much less lunch meat so I pass on eating here, though I have and was not impressed. Service is great, very efficient, join their email club for coupons and discounts!

I probably visit Jersey Mike’s at least once a week. It’s not only convenient, they have a good variety of options to choose from and a combo wont break the bank. I also like that even when it’s crowded during the peak lunch hours, the staff gets people in and out so that you’re not in line too long. Makes it a no-brainer, especially if you’re short on time. I love that they slice the meat and cheese to order and give you the option to load your sandwich with a variety of veggies. My usual is the regular sized club sandwich, add mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato and provolone on wheat. The regular is a good amount of food and if we do order the large, Jaime and I end up sharing it because it’s the size of two regular sandwiches. Though most like it Mike’s Way(oil, vinegar, onions, lettuce, tomato and spices), I like to go the plain route. When you add in all the sauces, I feel like it makes the sandwich itself a little soggy. It’s a personal preference and Jaime will quickly disagree and say it’s delicious that way. The staff is super friendly and there’s always a warm welcome to anyone that’s walking through the door. You can save even more time by calling your orders in ahead so that it’s waiting for you when you arrive. Make sure to join their points program so that you can score free sandwiches in the future. They track it by phone number, so you don’t have to worry about carrying yet another loyalty card!

Just like the rating says it is just OK, nothing special or mind blowing! A few years ago I tried JMS for the first time and hated it! My bread was dry and so was my sandwich, I vowed I wouldn’t come back but a few weeks ago my sister started to try them again and enjoyed her food she said I should give them a try and I thought about it for awhile since Beach Hut Deli has my heart! Yes I got a kids meal that’s how I roll now and my bread was fresh but they really skimp on the meat my mom said their stingy and don’t put a good amount of meat on anyones sandwich. We asked for extra mayo and mustard and it seemed like they didn’t even put a drop on it! I had to come home and doctor it up. The bottom line: It’s just okay and doesn’t do it for me.

This location graced me with my birthday sandwich when I was in the area. My usual and favorite #8 done Mike’s Way was just as great as the deliciously prepared subs the brand is known for. Good service as expected, plus a nice birthday greeting from the staff. Thanks, Jersey Mike’s!

I was hankering for a sandwich and not just any sandwich, one that’s deli style with shredded lettuce and I found it here! I don’t know what it is, but I really think shredded lettuce makes the difference on some sandwiches but I digress. I’ve never been to a jersey Mike’s before so I didn’t really know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. They have three different sizes to choose from, mini, regular and giant. I went with the regular today but I think next time I’ll go with the mini. I ordered the roast beef and provolone Mikey’s way. Mikey’s way is lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, spices and oil and vinegar. Also, they slice your cheese and meat fresh, yes FRESH! I think they need the«taste fresh» slogan more than subway. The guy who put my sandwich together was all about it, he didn’t rush the process and didn’t make a mess out of it either. Anyway, my sandwich tasted great, I could taste all the ingredients and they all went well together. The bread was soft and the roast beef wasn’t dry. I’ll definitely be coming back to try something else.

Jerseys is our family go to sandwich spot. It is definitely better than Subway. The sandwich meat and cheese is fresh and deli sliced as you order. I love how they have the mini size because it is perfect size for me. I am not a fan of Mike’s Way because of the oregano and onions but I still prep me a good sandwich. The customer service here is always great and they know us by now. They have a jersey points card so every now and then we are getting free food.

When one thinks of sandwich or subs shops, immediately Subway and Togo’s and Quizno’s come to mind. Maybe Lee’s Sandwiches will also come to mind. At least if one were to ask me such a question, those franchises would be the first and only ones in mind. But… if somebody would have mentioned Jersey Mike’s Subs to me, I would have had a blank look on my face, as if trying to say, «What? Are you kidding me?» Well, after looking on Unilocal and doing some research on it, I found out that such a place does exist! Yes, if that makes me quite the dunce cap for not knowing, too bad! Well, I came here out of the whim right after work. Mind I tell you that I drove from Lynwood to Orange, which is approximately a 25 mile drive. Ehh! I decided to try this place out due to the fact that not only it had great Unilocal reviews, but by word of mouth that this was a place to try out. Nonetheless, I did. I came earlier this evening and was kindly greeted by one of their employees. I forgot his name but he was very kind and punctual in letting me know what their specialties were, considering I had told him that it was my first time here. They have quite a variety of sandwiches and subs to choose from. Their chips selection reminded me very much of the same ones Subway has, which was cool! The one sandwich that caught my eye was their Jersey Mike Philly Steak sub. The Jersey Mike Philly Steak sub tastes just like it says it does-a good old fashioned hoagie! Inside the sub had some of the finest beef as well as their grilled onions and bell peppers! Mmmm! I ordered wheat bread to go with the sub. Price wise, well, lets just say it was the most I ever paid for a sub which was at $ 8-and that was for their regular sized sub. The size of the sub was a little more than 6 inches. With the purchase of a bottled water(I am not much of a soda fanatic), the total came out to $ 10. Is it pricey? Yes it is. But to say that I had quite a new experience trying a place where I was anxious of seeing is an understatement. It is well worth it. The service here was amazing and there was no line, considering it was early in the evening. Well worth it and will definitely be looking forward to coming by again… to try their sub club deal!
