The restaurant was clean and service great. I’m unsure what happened to the others with bad reviews here but it more than lived up to my expectations. I hope Arby’s makes a huge comeback because I love this place. Fast and friendly service.

This is by far the cleanest most friendly most customer service oriented restaurant of the kind that I have ever seen. The experience is consistent every time I go there it’s the same. The manager or lead person is amazing and incredibly impressed with this particular location. Well done!

I don’t really go inside to eat, so I wouldn’t really be able to tell you much about the inside if it’s clean or not ect but the drive through I found to be quite lacking. The food as always is pretty delicious, and normally we don’t have any trouble for getting the food, but lately (it has been twice now) that we have gone through the drive through and gotten all the way home when we realize that there is food missing. There was no drive through in between where we got all our food but in a row. I am not quite sure that we will be going back to eat here.

This review is for the Arby’s on Tustin street, Orange, California.
This location was my first Arby’s experience. This location is actually nicely decorated with a retro home style look to it, large LCD, a surprise drive-​thru (it seems to have been added during the takeover of the old business, carving it out the narrow back alley), and a nice beverage station, above most other fast food places.
Three times now on an Arby’s, and their sandwich menu, sides and sauces are tasty enough to keep in mind,… as for looks, eh… I have yet to received a sandwich that looked like the nicely stacked and folded ones on the photos in the menu. All my order, although edible, all seem to have suffered from a horrible case of violent outer layer decompression. o.0
Recommendable in a pinch.

It’s a fast food chain, but the customer service is absolutely superb. I’ve never run into a grumpy employee and they’re always smiling. They appear genuinely concerned for their customer’s well-​being. The good service bell is always ringing, and I even heard employees recognizing and greeting by first name a few regulars as they walked in. Great job Arby’s!
