I agree with the other two reviews. The safe is fine, but the key pad is junk. First one failed in less than 6 months. Got a replacement pad right before the warranty ended, and was told to buy the upgraded model. Now fast forward three years, pad has failed again. Crap. Crap. Crap.

I would never order from this company period. Erik and Venessa should be not be in customer service. I get a key that’s damaged… Do they even offer to replace it… no they want proof of sales… Perfect I get that… but I send a packing slip with the internet company I bought it from with an order number and serial number proving I bought the safe but No that was not enough. So I spend weeks going back and forth with these two trying to get a key . Don’t buy Mesa safes!

I purchased a safe from this company, and it does not work. This isnt the core of the complaint though. I went through their stated avenues of communication such as tech support, phone calls, and emailing, but to no avail. After having spoken with tech support it seemed as if I would get a replacement to my safe — it didnt work from day one, but instead I never heard from them again. I purchased the unit through Costco, and Costco has attempted to help me, to no avail. The safe doesnt work and the company doesnt help, so there you go — 100% failure rate from my standpoint! Dont buy it, there’s a reason its cheap.
