Orange Healthcare & Wellness Centre

This facility is very clean and spacious, There is nothing wrong with the facility I mean the rooms are ample in space and some of the rooms has up to date personal televisions I was in awe. The poor rating is for the staff, my father was in the facility for about 3 weeks and it was the most headache cringing experience I have ever come across, First of all there is hardly any staff at the nurses station it was hard to get someone over the phone and even in person, second I would ask how my father is doing to which I would get «I dont Know» seriously what kind of staff comes to work not knowing updated from the previous nurse. There’s definitely communication problems. I also witness multiple times the call button they take forever to come and check on a patient. even up to 1 ½. All my experience came from nurses station 3 so not sure about the other stations. This facility would be greatly improved if more personal are hired that actually have a passion in caring for elderly that cant voice themselves. In the end I got my beloved one out of there to a better facility that actually meets our needs.

After touring facilities in the orange county I decided upon Orange Healthcare to bring my grandmother for rehabilitation. From the moment I walked in the facility, the smell of urine and sometimes feces were noticeably absent, as I often experienced while touring the other buildings. There is plenty of parking, the facility itself is airy and bright, the staff is kind and best of all Orange Healthcare treated my grandmother as if it were their own. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for their loved one.
