Not sure about the doctor, but definitely incompetent office staff. How long does it take to release medical records? First time, I called they told me the consent release form would be faxed. A week later, nothing. Called again and they faxed the form right away after I let them know the background. Filled out the form and faxed it back. 5 days later, no records were faxed to the new GYN office. What a mess. What good is it if the doctor’s great, but the office is incompetent? Whatever happened to customer/patient service?

the best. hardly ever has a waiting time, they are very good with scheduling and not double booking. once in a while if he is going to be out of town or office will be closed or he has an emergency delivery, the office will get busier than usual, but this has happened maybe 2 to 3 times in my 2 pregnancies with him. he is quick and to the point but will actually listen to you if you stop him and tell him you have any concerns. they offer a 1 hour parking validation for the parking structure and ive never had to pay it if im just going in for an appointment with him. friendly office staff, and his nurse Phyllis, is very nice and attentive.

I found out that most of the Labor and Delivery nurses at St. Joseph’s uses Dr. Sheen as their doctor when they’re having kids. That statement in itself says a lot.

Your going to stick what in where?
Unless it’s Dr. Sheen, no one goes down south and see’s my goodies, it’s on lockdown.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Sheen’s for over 10 years and every year I come for my annual visits, I still get nervous having to spread my legs. With his 40 years of medical experience and having seen countless vaginas also known as beavers, Dr. Sheen always knows what to say and do to make my experience a good one. Open wide with a quick in and out, the procedures are easily over.
I cannot say enough great things about this Doctor. Dr. Pai-wen Sheen is professional, very knowledgeable and the only Doctor I trust for all my vaginal needs.
