OK, so bring the prices down, and I’d call it home décor heaven!
Really, they’re a bit expensive. but oh my goodness — I do love this store. Especially for holidays. Their Christmas stuff is sooooo cute!!! and the staff is super friendly/​helpful. my friend was looking for an item she got last year, and they didn’t have it this year. The salesgirl she spoke to was kind enough to look in their list of upcoming things to see if it might still happen. I had to appreciate the extra mile she went on that.
They do run coupons from time to time, which make it a little less painful on the wallet. sales are great too. all in all… GO!

Went around to all the Pier 1 stores in the area and spent around two thousand dollars trying to complete a set of furniture that is no longer available on their website. I was able to find most of the pieces I wanted by visiting a number of stores, and all them were pleasant except this one. I guess form reading other reviews, I must have had the unfortunate luck of dealing with Linda, the older manager. When I asked her if she could offer a discount because the piece I was interested in had cosmetic corner damage, she became upset and shouted,
«Look Mister, I’m not here to make deals!»
I said, «Thank you,» and immediately turned around and left the store.
Honestly, I find no pleasure in writing this kind of review, but very few businesses can afford this kind of terrible customer service. I will definitely avoid this store in the future.

I bought a Simon coffee table and a round glass top. The younger female associates are cheerful and really helpful. An older lady (Linda?) was quasi-​helpful too and kept on pressuring me to open a Pier One card. However she was berating and lecturing the younger girls regarding customer service with such a loud voice that customers can’t ignore. It was surreal to be listening to her lecture about customer service when she in fact is demonstrating it herself in a really bad way. It was weird and made me feel uncomfortable inside the store. I left happy with my Simon table but the behavior of this «manager» towards her staff left me with a poor taste in the mouth.
I think I’ll purchase my Simon end tables online or from another location.

Love this store just bought the entire thing after getting the pier 1 card! Staff is Sooo friendly over any of the stores Ive currently been to! Jordan is so energetic & always helping mix & match things, he was on top of ordering our table for our new apartment & also gave stores inventory of things needed nearby if out of stalk! You rock staff here!!!

I avoid this Pier 1 at all costs. The manager here, Linda, is a wacko bird who mistreats her staff in front of customers. Will never go back.

We use to love Pier 1, however at this point I will NEVER shop there again! Almost two weeks ago we ordered a complete dining room set, with the assurance that it would be delivered before Thanksgiving. While reviewing the order the next day we noticed that one of the pieces had been entered into the computer with the wrong SKU number and was the wrong color. We called and went through several people before we were told that we had to cancel the order and re order the whole thing! After over two hours, the corrected order was placed. When we called to schedule delivery they couldn’t find the order. Two days later, they found the order, but the furniture hadn’t been sent from the warehouse. On Monday, two days ago we finally got our delivery time — Wednesday between 9 am and 11 am — just in time for our family Thanksgiving! Today (Wed.) at 8:48, we got the call that the store hadn’t sent the hardware for the furniture and Friday would be the earliest we could get it! So here we are with a house full of people coming for dinner tomorrow… AND NO TABLE!!!

I just placed an order over the phone with a lady by the name of Linda. She was very helpful and was pleasure to work with. This is the kind of customer service that will have me coming back to the store

This is my favorite pier 1. Everyone is helpful and not pesky. They helped me put together a center piece and did a great job. They are friendly, patient and professional. I’ll drive out of my way to shop at this location.

Everything is so neat here! I love the uniqueness of each item. It’s small enough to see everything without your feet hurting.

My husband and I went shopping for certain items for our home: accent tables, mirrors, chairs. Despite the fact that we had the kids with us they still helped us and pointed out qualities of the items we wanted to buy. They were not pushy on opening a credit account with them… although our total was a little high. They also called another store to place a hold on two items they didn’t have at their location. Helpful staff and very clean store!

It’s always hard to go into this store without going home with something you don’t really need but you know the stuff look so cute.
I came in today with a purpose. I need a new table runner, cause the one i bought from ikea sort of shrunk a little.
The table runner i picked was $ 24.99, i purposely chose it because it can be machine washed. Even though there were others that i would have loved to get at $ 34.99 but it was spot clean only.
A lot of cool stuff here as always :)

Clean, well stocked, well organized. Friendly, attentive service. They had exactly what I was looking for… something to spend the last ($ 11.85) of a gift card on.
