Pink Shutter Photo Booths

I bought a Groupon for Pink Shutter last year for a school reunion. What a joke… when I called to book them I was informed they needed my card for an 18% gratuity. I told them they would get their gratuity at the event (tip jar). The contract was written with a 1 pm start time & they showed up at 1030 to set up: a half hour BEFORE the reunion started & informed me that set up was part of the 2 hours. No confirmation email until the day of the event & I wasn’t checking my email while we were setting up! Talked to the manager who offered me a «deal» pay $ 100 MORE and get photo strips not 4×6. I told him no those should be offered free. The booth attendant was not friendly & not accommodating at all. I was busy with check in & he didn’t call out a last chance, just packed up & was gone before the 2 hours.

I purchased the a deal through Groupon and the information Groupon provided was completely incorrect. After speaking with Lance and Aaron, they made everything right. Aaron threw in the props and Lance threw in the Name graphic for our photos. Because they were so helpful and willing to work with me I decided to pay for an additional upgrade of adding the 2×6 photo strips.
It’s companies like these, that although it is out of their control (Groupon made the mistake), honor what was displayed to their consumers.
I can’t wait to use them again in the future.
