The closest one to us, food is great and the people are friendly. They made sure we had a good time they knew we drove a good 30 mins just to eat there! Place is very clean and the food is really good!

I work close by this Quiznos and I gotta tell ya, I’m really surprised at the one star reviews. The staff here is always friendly, the food is fresh and the service is top notch. They even have a lobster sandwich!

Horrible service. The androgynous creature behind the counter is angry and loud, the place is dirty, disorganized and obviously dependent on random clients, because there is no way in hell someone will come back. I know that everyone can be anything they want, but the hermaphrodite that makes the sandwiches should have chosen a different career, more fitting to her sociopathic behavior.

Small hot delicious subs for a super high price, chill! Subs are bomb but damn I can go to Subway get two subs for the price of one! Just saying.

Welcome to Quiznos #5621, where there’s no sign telling you where to order. Please move to the back of the store quickly and you will be helped by one of the most congenial sandwich makers in the franchise. No cheese, lettuce or sauce, please. Thank you. It’s an easy walk from work. Maybe I’ll become the Dutchess of this location as well.

I went to use the check in offer they have which is $ 1 off of a sub and when I went to show them they told me I need to print it out even though Unilocal says show the screen to the cashier… so they weren’t very friendly or nice. At least my sandwich was still good

I can’t decide if the service or food is worse. Wish this Quiznos would be replaced by something healthier and tastier.

I still favor Quiznos over Subway. This place isn’t bad. I usually get the club sandwich or the pesto chicken for lunch. I come here when I want to get something quick and easy.

I thought Quiznos was suppose to be one of the better chain sandwich shops especially considering their inflated prices. I got a small honey mustard chicken($~5.70) and a small broccoli cheese soup($~2.20). It was stuffed to the brim with lettuce and inedible chicken pieces. The bread was soggy with a semi toasted outer crust. The soup was basically melted cheese in a cup.

I ordered a large ultimate turkey club. Less then ten mintues later I sit down to eat. I open the wrap and it’s wet. My sandwich was soggy. For $ 11.82 I had a wet sandwich and some chips. I’ve been here twice disappointed both times. Don’t waste your money here. Just go to subway.

Totally overpriced. Service was fine, the sandwich was okay. This though is the most overpriced sandwich you can buy. Quiznos is destined to go out of business if they don’t address the disparity in pricing against other sandwich shops and burger places frankly.

Super unorganized and understaffed. None of the sandwiches were toasted. They lost one of our sandwiches and then kept my change. I usually like Quiznos but this location is a train wreck.

The food is good but the worker lady making the sandwiches isn’t friendly and makes me feel uneasy. She doesn’t know how to smile… I know this seems trivial, but I’ve been there three times and it’s like she’s angry or something… I’ll go to a different Quiznos from now on…

The food range is pricey for sandwiches, but food was great. The crew isn’t freindly, i’ve been here 4 times and she’s always angry or something… and i dont know why…

For years I’ve loved coming to Quiznos locations. Unfortunately for me, this one is the closest to my house and every time I have a craving for Quiznos I dread coming in here. The woman that I presume is the manager is completely incompetent, stingy and next to impossible to understand if English is your first language. The employees bicker amongst themselves. They don’t give you the option of eating in or taking the food to go. They don’t understand the concept of substitution(mayo vs ranch… it’s not hard people), and the lemonade dispenser is always out. Napkins are usually unavailable. I feel like I have to repeat my order six times usually before they get it right. And if they get it wrong, rather than make it again, I’ve seen them scoop the already-toasted ingredients out of a sub with their hands and plop in more like it doesn’t even matter. Take some pride in your work. If you’re new to this country be grateful for your job and represent your company well. I hate the vibes whenever I come into this place and the people working there are always lazy, unfriendly and rude. Avoid.

I gotta say the food and the service was great. Even with a line, I was in and out in about 5 minutes. I was very impressed.

Came to use a Groupon and I was not impressed. As soon as I walked in I noticed the chairs were on the tables and the first thing the older woman behind the counter says is «you can only order to go!». I asked what time they close and she said 8(I looked at my phone and it was 7:19). She then said they have to start cleaning since they were closing soon… BS! Then as I’m cruising the menu… she is staring at me the entire time! Then she asked«are you ready?»…as I’m looking at the menu. From being uncomfortable i make a hasty decision and order. She sticks my food in the oven and my sandwich comes out the other end looking slightly charred. I ask the guy… is that burnt??? His response…“no it’s fine”. At that point I was ready to get the hell outta there. I love Quiznos but I doubt I’ll come back to this one.

Sorry, but without the coupons to receive a few bucks off, this food chain seems pricey. Sure they can toast your bread, but does it justify the extra money? I sometimes become overwhelmed with the menu that I just order what is visible and easy to order. This location does seem to be popular, but I am guessing it is the only sandwich place around or really close to other businesses. One thing they do have over the«other» sandwich places is the«Special» sauce, which I use for everything when eating the sandwiches. Also, I think you really need to express how you want your sandwich prepared because the employees are in an assembly line and move fast. So make sure you let them know, otherwise you might be stuck with a bland sandwich or salad…

This is another one of my lunch spots from Volunteering with the UCIMEDICALCENTER. My two options are WENDYS or QUIZNOS… sometimes I crave QUIZNOS… sometimes I crave WENDYS. The service here wasnt too bad or too guud. Like a normal QUIZNOS… you order your sandwich at the start of the line and then you wait and then you pay. The sandwich I ordered came out great and it tasted great as well. I also ordered a bowl of soup… this bowl of soup was LITERALLYPIPINGHOT! It also didnt taste too bad either. QUIZNOS is a great sandwich location… definitely better than the typical SUBWAY. In my mind… –if your looking for something cheap… and healthy… go to WENDYS –if your looking for a meal… and dont care about price or health values… go to QUIZNOS Nothing much to say about this location… but the sit down area inside is VERYSMALL. They also have a condiment bar… filled with pickles, banana peppers, pepperchinis, etc… Also be sure to try their 3 pepper sauce? it adds a great kick to any sandwich. UNTILTHEN! ^-^

I went here a few weeks ago and it was my first time going to this location. I tried to use a coupon for a prime rib sandwich. I’d read all the fine print and it didn’t have prime rib exclusions, but the employee there told me that the owner wouldn’t take the coupon for prime rib because it was her own policy. I guess I didn’t realize it was a franchise because I would have expected a sign letting customers know they were excluding themselves from the offer or something. When I asked the employee about it(I’d never gotten that answer from a Quizno’s) he told me matter of factly that it was«her thing» and that in fact some locations didn’t take ANY coupons. His tone was really sarcastic and reflected my thoughts — «Why am I here?» This was also not the cleanest location I’ve been to and I was the only one there during dinner time.
