Wendy’s

I rarely give a two star review but it is necessary. This particular Wendy’s has terrible customer service and the slowest staff around. The lady taking orders was so slow and nonchalant in her attitude towards the customers. The other lady who was getting the orders ready touched one of a customers fries with her hands and she wasn’t wearing gloves. We will never go back to this location, don’t think Dave Thomas would be happy with this particular Wendy’s operation!

The food great don’t me wrong but the person who assisted me Cindy has bad Customer Service. She not only messed up on my order but gave me a «oh, sorry» like this b***hy white girls and laughed. I went back for more lemonade and a laughed at another customer because his name is Denis.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! They definitely earned 0 stars! Absolute horrendous service! It literally took 30 minutes to get my food. The workers gave my baked potato to the guest behind me and when I asked about it, they said they weren’t making anymore baked potatoes. What’s funny is that I got a baked potato last week at around 9:30 pm at another Wendy’s! This place is in sheer chaos and just doesn’t seemed to be managed very well. Coming from a service job I am understanding, but there’s a limit. Definitely avoid this place. Go further down the road to the Block of Orange or go closer to Disneyland.

Went through drive though at night. Food came out in under 2 minutes, here’s why — Fries were soggy and half-​done (some were still raw in the center!). Some parts of the burger patty were pink. The bun was smushed and soggy from burger juices (at least I think it is…). The paper bag the burger and fries came in was inexplicably wet. I asked if they gave me ketchup and they said jes. I looked in the bag as I was pulling away and of course, the fat-​a$$, cheap bendej@ lied. No ketchup. Now I realize why this place was practically empty. Not coming back ever.

Gabby, and her manager melissa are awesome!!! We showed up 4 minutes after the lobby closed. Normal fast food joint would tell you eff off, but we asked nicely, and they let us order!!! They were extremely nice, and helpful, even though it was after hours. THANK YOU!!!

While moving my mouse pointer over the 3^rd and 4^th star trying to decide what rating is more appropriate in my head, ultimately I chose 4 stars for this location of Wendy’s.
I walk here for lunch sometimes because it’s the closest burger restaurant near work and because I come at lunch between 11 and 2, it’s always busy busy busy. But its convenience is key!
Today, I had the pleasure of being served by the manager who did her job efficiently even with the long lines due to their 4 for $ 4 promotion.

I have visited this «restaurant» twice. Neither time have they gotten my order correct. Not little mistakes like «oh there is ketchup on here and I asked for no ketchup.» Big mistakes like «I ordered a burger, but this bun has no meat on it.»
I know it isn’t a glamorous job, but neither is it a difficult one. If I am spending good money on something I am going to regret in an hour, I will do it somewhere else, where at least I will not be regretting what I ordered.

Went to the drive thru about 11pm, it closes at 2am… They gave me my food and I started to pull away, luckily I thoroughly checked my bags. They forgot to put a combo in. The drive thru line had gotten really long so I went to the door, the dining room was closed. Took a minute for them to acknowledge me, even though I made eye contact with 3 employees while standing at the glass door. The manager finally came out and said «oh, you must’ve forgot your grilled chicken with bacon»… NO, y’all forgot it! Where’s the credibility?! Where’s the service?! Where’s the apology?! She had an o-​well attitude. Plus I ordered a strawberry lemonade which was completed botched, didn’t even mention to her. It was as if I was drinking syrup. I wish I posted a video of me pouring my sludge-​like «beverage» down the sink. Hope I don’t have an upset stomach from this mess. Smh.

The staff was so loud my husband and I, sitting in the furthest corner from the registers couldn’t hear each other. #badcustomerservice #itsnottoomuchtoask

Every time I go, they never mess up on my order. Food is always warm and they’re pretty quick on making the food BUT the only bad part is any burger you get, they’re beyond greasy! Not cool. But can’t be mad at that because they’re burgers are too delicious haha

Went through the drive through tonight and realized before we got out of the parking lot that a sandwich was missing. The dining area was closed and the drive thru line was really long. I called and let someone know that a sandwich was missing and a really nice young lady made the sandwich and brought it out to my car. Fantastic service. :)

service is always rude here food is all sloppy please change cashier and host they are killing your business

Thanks for giving me the wrong food again, I love paying 10 dollars for a baconator and getting a 6 dollar chicken sandwich meal. And you guys want 15 dollars an hour…

Every time I come here… They give my order to some one else… And IF it comes to me… It’s ALWAYS cold

Been sitting here for 45 minutes and still no food. I guess they missed the memo that they are a fast food establishment.

Margarita who works the drive through has to be the sweetest lady ever! Always remembers my name and makes my day always brighten up! IF they ever mess up on my order they will always replace for free which is huge. Good place!

This Wendy’s is posted on the website to open at 7. This Wendy’s in fact is SUPPOSED to be open at 9. But even at 9 they apparently aren’t open. Most inconsistent Wendy’s I’ve been to. Also the staff has slowly lost their manners when speaking to customers in the drive thru.

I was craving Wendy’s today and found that this one was the closest.
This review us just for the drive thru.
This was the fastest drive thru I’ve ever been to.
I was the only person in line… but still they were quick.
I had no problem hearing them on their drive thru speaker. I placed my order and was instructed to drive forward to the first window.
Here I was greeted with a smile and told my total. I was promptly rung up and told to drive forward to pick up my food.
As I’m driving up to the next window she’s already holding my bag out the window for me.
This is how a fast food drive thru is suppose to work!!!
And as an added plus when I got home I was pleasantly surprised to find they actually got my order correct.

Its a typical Wendy’s with an average customer service. I do find that their drive thru section is extremely fast. I was quite impressed with that. The food is ok, just like any other Wendys it delivers on point. I will say that the place is spot on clean. I have been to some pretty dirty looking Wendys (Im looking at you Santa Ana), so my eyes were very please to see a Wendys that supported cleanliness and maintain a standard of not only food but appearance as well. Nice touch on the location as well being located next to a best buy. **Two thumbs up**
PS Frosty & Fries

Same plaza as the Best Buy. The place is never crowded whenever I come in and the place is always clean. Food takes awhile to come out and service isn’t the greatest here. I stood in line and they all just looked at me for awhile before they asked if I was ready to order. They workers don’t seem very friendly towards the customers, but they are always smiling when talking among themselves. And when you ask them for something… don’t expect to receive it with a smile. Food is okay though and I like how it’s always kept clean inside. Just be a little more friendly and smile!
