My company has leased an office space with the Regus Building for approximately 4 years. During my tenure I’ve seen receptionists come and go. I Would like to take this opportunity to praise the two receptionist at the Regus building for their commitment to the highest quality of customer service. Cryssy and Ryan provide a welcoming and professional environment and it is noticed the second you step onto their floor. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and stellar customer service. The cleanliness and presentation of the office is indicative of their superb organizational skills. The timeliness in which they respond to their clients needs whether via email, phone or in person is exemplary and serves as an example of their continuance hard work and dedication. It goes without saying Cryssy and Ryan are viable asset to the Regus Building Management Company and It is imperative to recognize such proficient customer service. I highly recommend this office location.

My company opened a new office at this location (our first US office) and we were able to do so overnight. It was simply amazing! The staff is courteous, efficient and always to willing to accommodate. Setting up our office at this location enabled us to focus on our core business knowing that all of the potential office distractions were taken care of. Moreover, the facilities are always clean and available — great place to invite customers. We have since also used this facility as a virtual office and it’s been more of the same. Everyone is available and prompt when responding to our requests to book meeting rooms or book day offices. I highly recommend the 333 City Boulevard Regus office and staff to anyone looking for instant production.

You really can’t find customer service at this level anymore… Amicable and always looking to help in any way possible. I have to give major credit to the ladies at the reception desk. They lend a professional hand with the genuine warmth of friends you feel like you have known for years. That is hard to come by in today’s business/​career world…
