Regus – Orange Executive Tower

I’ve been a guest here to work with co-​counsel on a litigation case a few times. Well thought out, inviting, contemporary and reasonably priced office space. Wireless internet. Super clean and renovated restrooms. Pretty quiet inside the suite with the door closed. Great views of the Orange County foothills to the east and the South Coast Metro area to the west.
Suites are furnished with desks, returns, two drawer file cabinet, executive chair, and guest chairs. They and have an accent wall painted in a neutral hue, with a piece of contemporary art carefully hung. Suite doors have privacy glass. The suite I used had two workstations. Enough room for two people to work comfortably in each suite. Not a lot of room for files and reference materials if you are not paperless or subscribe to online reference materials. Regis provides reception. Hospitality area has water, coffee and tea.
The flatscreen TVs are on all the time at a high volume, which is super annoying. They don’t have buttons on the front and they hide the remotes so you have to work pretty hard to turn them off if you want peace and it’s after regular business hours.
