I tried to get my Henry Big Boy rifle sent here from R&R Gunsmithing and I found Russell on the web. I called and talked to a gentleman and told him that my gun was on it’s way and if he could receive it for me. He said I have the e-​mail from R&R and I said ok. 10 days went by so I called R&R and they said it has been sitting here for a week. I looked up another FFL on the internet and now my gun is in California. No thanks to Russell.

I brought my Ruger 10⁄22 into Ryan for a complete disassemble/​reassemble cleaning & bipod installation. I was very pleased with the entire process. Ryan was very professional and did an excellent job with the cleaning and installation. He also delivered when promised. Ryan was very easy to deal with and always made accommodations to fit my schedule. Because he’s not a storefront business we could do the paperwork later in the evenings and on weekends. Transfer fees are some of the lowest in Orange County. I will use them again when needed.
