We go to Secard Pools in Orange with all our pool questions. Their sales people are ver knowledgable and helpful. We went in today to get info on a swim spa. Erica was very helpful and answered all our questions.

I purchased a Secard pool that we loved and used a lot. The liner lasted about 12 years :) We decided to get a new liner. Instead of going with Secard, I decided to shop around. I went with Aqua Pride Pools, HUGEMISTAKE! Before they reline your pool, they do an inspection. If it passes, they proceed. If it fails, they ask you to make the necessary repairs. After the inspection, they stated that everything looked great! A few months later, we noticed that the liner is pulling away in a few areas. I contacted Aqua and they are quick to blame US! They state that they cannot guarantee how long the liner will hold up! To fix it, it will cost approx $ 150-$ 250! They came in, fixed it. A few months later, a different area is pulling away. Another $ 200! About a year later, another area! They come out and again I’m told $ 150-$ 250. I said NO! I cannot believe that you are charging me again! I decided to call Secard. Because I did not purchase the liner from them, they are NOT able to do the repairs. They do however refer me a gentleman named Beau. I called Beau, who happens to live a few hours away. He states that he cannot guarantee to fix it, but that he would come down! Upon inspection, he noticed a few things: Aqua used liquid nail or silicone to try to repair a damaged area. This will NOT hold the liner! Beau then noticed that none of the old screws were replaced when the liner was redone! Not one! I contaced Aqua, and the owner stated, ‘If you wanted new screws, you should’ve told me’! Seriously?! You’re the ‘pro’, not me! They again quote me the price to get it repaired! I said, ‘no thanks’! Beau then proceeded to drain the pool partialy and repair some of the loose areas. It was not just one area, but a FEW different spots. Beau was suprised as to how they attempted to fix the previous areas, it was NOT done correctly. It’s been a few months and things are looking great. I’m sure we’ll have a few more issues down the road, but this has nothing to do with Beau. He did a GREAT job, went out of his way to come down here and charged my a GREAT rate(did not take advantage of us). Lesson learned: Stick to Secard, stay away from Aqua NoPride and don’t try to save a few dollars if it’s not broken! If you need your lined pool to get repaired, call Beau! Thanks Beau for the great service and Secard, thank you for referring me to Beau, he’s an asset to your organization(sub contractor?). Aqua, thanks for NOTHING!

I purchased a spa from Secard last August. I drained my spa last week to clean it. When I filled it up, it became apparent I needed to bleed the air from the pump. Being all thumbs, I accidentally sheared the head off the bleeder valve. Robert from Secard told me exactly how to fix the problem, including texting me photos of the replacement bleeder valves and procedures. When I arrived at Secard to purchase the bleeder valve, Robert had the replacement part ready for me. Couldn’t have done it without ya, buddy! I heartily recommend Secard for spas, service, and a drive to truly make the customer happy and satisfied.

Idiot guy on the phone was beyond rude and was not knowledgeable about what he was selling. I was ready to have a brand new pool build but after this guy’s attitude I definitely wont go through them or send them any business.

I wish I had known about this place sooner! We moved into a house where the in-ground pool was seriously neglected and the water was black when we moved in. After spending too much money with other stores that were majorly lacking in customer service, I decided to try Secard pools on Chapman, next to El Pollo Loco. By the time I first visited Secard Pools, we had replaced all the pool machinery and equipment and I needed chemicals to get the pool Summer-ready. Vince is AMAZING! He helped me choose the most effective and most economical options for my pool. Although it’s mostly an spa/above ground pool place, Vince was happy to share his knowledge of in-ground pools and point me in the right direction. I am a serious bargain hunter, and had priced things out online before going into the store, and their prices are great! Because of Vince’s awesome service and the great prices, I’ve decided Secard is our ‘pool store’ for as long as we live here!

beware! beware! beware! beware! beware! greg the sales guy will do anything to sell a spa. any thing to make commssion… i wasnt sure about the spa. and couldnt come back till the following weekend. i wrote a check because he guaranteed me he would not cash it till i gave him the go ahead… this way if i decided to get it he would have the check. and wouldnt have to wait a week… and if i decided not to get it. he would tear it up. well he cashed it the next day… and i was stuck with the spa. i trusted because it was a reputable company. can you believe greg told me i should have cancelled the check. that i shouldnt have trusted him… con artist… beware of greg! he really needs to make commision! i think he is only commision… thats why he tries to screw people to make money… in the end i believe he will be the loser…

Vince helped me with my 11 year old spa. I needed several obscure parts and Vince went way out of his way to help me. I have been back to the store several times since and will continue to do so. I am a customer service manager and could only hope for someone as good as Vince to represent my company. Be careful, I might have to steal him… Good job Secard Pools!

Do Not buy a spa from here. My Dreammaker has been broken 3 times in the first 2 months. They sent out a repair man who evidently does not know how to fix it– it is still broken, will not work — a $ 3,000 paperweight. Now they are MIA– so not answer the phone or return calls. I have to go to the manufacturer for help– in Florida.

I’ve been very happy with my spa purchase from this store. The staff has been especially helpful and answered all of my questions plus some. I’m not new to owning a spa, however I have learned alot since buying one from Seacard that made me realize I didn’t know as much as I thought I did. Great service. I love my spa!
