I really hate to complain about a place that I frequent, but to the a**hole who has the audacity to speak condescendingly to me about how to order… you’re the reason you get a one-​star.
And I’ll continue to order my drink the way I want.

They have a great staff here really good customer service. This is the nicest staff I have met at a Starbucks they are very friendly here. Also everyone here had a smile on there face right when I walked in .They also provided fast service as well and the drinks taste great !! This is a great location the inside is very big and they have lots of seating both inside and outside. I highly recommend this store if you are in the area it’s a great location all around. One employee was great her name was Danielle she had a smile right when I walked in and a great attitude.

Logistically challenged drive-​through/​first row of parking. Annoying at best having to park in the second or third row to walk in half the time. Should widen entrance to drive-​through as this likely turns away certain guests. They announce mobile orders but don’t really pay attention to see if you are standing right there often and just put them on their waiting table. This is consistently an unsupportive attribute in an otherwise desirable mobile process.

Nice big place. Lots of tables, some have the phone charging disk. Restrooms were very clean and more than one stall with male and female rooms. Super plus unlike most starbucks or coffee houses. Cool quiet place to hang out and do homework. Cashier was very friendy too.

The best STARBUCKS I have ever been to!
Went to the drive-​thru and spoke to a employee named Joseph who took our order. He was probably the most helpful drive-​thru employee ever! He was super accommodating to our order, suggested new things, and honestly made our experience that much better. This guys merit deserves a raise.
The rest of the employees were fast, and super friendly. I wish you could tip the barista directly, but it only goes in a pool of money as I found out.

Well, for starters i was in a hurry so couldn’t go back and have my coffee remade. I ordered a grande java chip frappuchino through the drive through and i was waiting for my coffee to be made i overheard one of the baristas ask «has this ever happened to you?» and the other said «yeah all the time» they seen something was wrong with my drink and still proceeded to give it to me like that. my frappuchino was all liquid. no consistancy whatsoever. it was like i was drinking milk with chocolate chips inside it. GROSE! for as much as a frappuchino costs i don’t expect to have my drinks poorly made. especially if it is known that it isnt made right and no one cares. poor service!

This is the best Starbucks i ever visited! Very friendly service. I asked sandwiches to be on plate an they served to our table. Full service café !!! Clean and spacious. Great for studying while sipping your coffee. Nice porch as well.

Worst Starbucks customer service I have ever been too! Went there ordered food and drink/​the girl making the food misplaced the bag and said she gave it to me and made a scene in front of people and rolled her eyes and as if I stole the bag and wanted to just take more free… She started bad mouthing as she went to go make a new order and found the bag she has put on the other side of the counter– instead of apologizing she was like, «here is your stuff can I get you anything for free?» Ummmm noooo I just want what I paid for! Never going there again! Her supervisor just stood there watching! Wonderful!

This place always seems super busy! I decided to try a refresher for the first time (strawberry acai), and it took over 10 minutes for me to get my drink (enough time for me to make a phone call, text some people, look up the menu at a restaurant and make a decision on what I wanted before taking a seat at the counter).
In the end, the drink was really good and since that was why I was there, I can’t really fault the baristas for the long wait time.

Me and my girlfriend always come to this Starbucks, now I’m a simple dude and order my cold brew… black. But my girlfriend is a little less simpler, Cinnamon dolce latte. Soy. Extra ice. ANNNNND, the cinnamon powder must be on top or else she will kick a puppy. (Not really kick a puppy but she gets PO’d) I give props to Derek the barista there because he made it right, but according to my girlfriend it was wrong. The other times we’ve gone and Derek took our order they were to her liking but she must hold a grudge against Derek but I have the upmost respect for Derek for busting his butt and being so polite. Over this Starbucks is awesome, and is actually the Starbucks me and my girlfriend had our first date. Great Starbucks, and Derek… you’re the man!

I have heard great things about this Starbucks however wasn’t that impressed. The layout and design is one of the best and the staff is friendly. There’s ample parking as well. This could be a great place to work– for those of us that work remotely, however they crank up the AC to the point that we are all freezing wearing jackets and still cold. Several customers went outside to the patio because it was so cold and some even left. I went up and asked if there was any way they could turn it down since many of us were cold. I could see the look of realization as the barista scanned the seating area and saw everyone with arms folded and hunched. So they turned it down… For 10 minutes. Then back on it went, and so did we! As someone that’s willing to eat breakfast and lunch along with drinks somewhere for the whole day, I’d like to be comfortable and feel that my 20 $ is worth it.

Nice clean fast and friendly service!!! Also they have drive true… and near the 55 fwy.

This Starbucks is a 3.7 for me.
Initially, I was never a Starbucks fan until this location opened, but whenever I’m in the area, I could just walk over and get my strawberry black tea. Now here’s the thing:
Their tea is never consistent; it doesn’t mean it’s terrible however. Of course, they’re all made by different baristas. They’re bound to be different, but tea they’ve served me time and time again vary in flavor. Sometimes the classic syrup overrides the strawberry and other times, is vice versa. It’s never truly balanced.
I’ve tried it at another location (Huntington Beach in Bella Terra), and the strawberry tea there was packed with flavor. I could taste the balance of tea, syrup, and strawberry. It was perfect.
I love the location, but I wish the tea was good enough.

Having a drive thru Starbucks close to home is a must! Doing my night time coffee runs in my PJ’s is a plus! I love how the coffee is strong so it gives me that pick me up I need for movie nights!
This location is fast, efficient and keeps things moving. Everyone working has always been nice. The drinks are made as ordered and haven’t messed one up yet!
The pumpkin spice latte is my seasonal fave! Also, all the pumpkin baked goodies are delicious! Another must is a moist, sweet cake pop or two!!!

To the manager Lisa — If you’re reading this, I think we finally got it right! Yesterday when I came into your store, I became a believer again and trust me, I’ll be coming back because I left super satisfied and my drink was made perfect to order!

This is the Starbucks that got me through my 1L year of law school so it will always have a special place in my heart, but I’m leaving this review because the wifi situation is just so annoying. The service is great and the location is clean and spacious with tons of seating, but ever since the switch to google this location’s wifi has been awful. Get it together guys, i need somewhere to work!

In short: good staff, good drinks, and good location!
I always come here after my work, so I can only speak for the night staff. With that said, the people here are amazing. They are kind, accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional.
The ambience is pretty nice too. They have a big corner table with power outlets so it’s perfect for studying until late at night. The black and dark brown décor feels very modern and is perfect for sitting down and talking with friends or getting some work done.
Location is pretty great too. Located right where 55 and 91 meet, you can go through the drive-​thru to get your favorite drink before going to wherever without having to get off the car and having your vibe messed with.
I will say that they are almost always busy with orders from both walk-​ins and drive-​thrus. Staff is always running around to match the demand of the customers but it can still take longer than other locations if you go there during rush hour.

We like stopping by here to grab some hot chocolate and a cookie or brownie. I’m not a huge coffee drinker, but we think the hot chocolate, pastries, and customer service are great here.
This is a newer Starbucks location, and we’ve been here several times. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the interior is nice and clean, and the desserts are delicious here.
We have a tradition. We always get some hot chocolate and a brownie before we look at Christmas lights. On our last visit here, I had to steal a small bite of my son’s Cheesecake Brownie, and it was so yummy!
I also ordered my husband a sugar-​free latte, and he said this was great too. Since I’m not a big coffee drinker, I had to make sure the drinks were pretty good before writing this review. My husband drinks a lot of coffee, and he also thinks this location is great.
We’re so glad we found this location! The service is friendly and quick, the drinks and desserts are great, and this new location is beautiful. We also like this location’s drive-​thru!

This Starbucks has the Clover and thats all that matters to me. Its housed at the corner of Tustin and Lincoln in the Vons shopping center, at the former BK in Orange. It offers inside and outside seating with a drive thru. Patio is dog and bike friendly which is a big plus in my Unilocal book. Anyplace that accepts my dog is awesome. The tables inside, I didn’t like at first, but now I think they are pretty cool and allow for a great place to study or to talk with a friend.
I have been coming here regularly lately and service is always friendly but slow, especially your ordering anything but the daily hot brew. It seems one Barista is in charge of counter and drive thru drinks. So expect to wait for the custom gems. If you have questions regarding the different roasts, some of the workers are able to answer you, and offer suggestions, but sometimes they dont know the difference between the beans, which can be frustrating.
They have a good selection of sandwiches and pasteries, but they tend to run out as the day lingers.
So, whats a Clover you ask? I’ll let ya in on the little secret. Its a rare $ 10,000 piece if equipment which is found at very select Starbucks that allows only a trained Barista to handcraft the most perfect cup of coffee. By grinding the exact amount of beans in grams, having a specific water temperature and extracting the most delicious cup of coffee in a reverse french press method just for you. It smells amazing from the moment they start grinding the beans, and throughout the brewing process. Be sure to stand right there as they do it, to experience the whole process. They offer what I call top shelf blends which are their own personal «reserve beans,» that of course cost a lot more than their daily type beans. However, all beans are available to be used in the clover system. You just got to ask. Clover prepared coffee is some of the best ever, especially if you order off the reserve menu. Little or no cream is necessary once you get into the good stuff.
FYI the reserve blends are pricey, but worth it. Im a fan of the Clover. It may not be the best coffee or chain establishment to get your daily dose, but the Clover does make a huge difference.
