I love flame broiler and I usually go to the locations close to my house but I happened to try this one on my lunch break near our new office and was shocked at how little my bowl was filled. EVERY other location fills the bowls to the top and this one filled it maybe halfway. My works bowl had two carrots in it and one piece of broccoli. I brought my coworker back a bowl and the first thing she said was oh my gosh there is barely anything in it. I was absolutely amazed that the owner or maybe the manager was the one filling the bowls. Also, the customer service was horrible, they need to replace the short blonde at the front. STAYAWAYFROMTHISLOCATION.

When you call in an order to go, they don’t have it ready when you arrive… In fact, they don’t even start to make it! Apparently this is this locations policy, but they don’t tell you on the phone when you place the order. Grrrrr

OMG! What happened to customer service… Horrible customer service and I the rice wasn’t cooked as well as usual. The chicken tasted over cooked and I need to speak to a supervisor and the girl in front said she is to busy right now. She messed up my order and I asked her for something and she didn’t do it. My 2nd time here and I am not sure if they are under new management but it was disappointing. Also the supervisor that was there was rude to her employees. Not going back…

I love this location. They really stuff your bowl and the staff here are super fast. Always very clean. Give the chicken veggie bowl a try, it will get you stuffed. If you are looking for a healthier fast food place, give Flame Broiler a shot.

Was once decent but now horrible rice to protein ratio! 2nd time they did this and never again. Tiny bits of beef and chicken on thin layer just to barely cover all the rice underneath! For $ 7 c’mon!

Food is always great here at flame broiler. I’m a frequent customer and love the food. But recently we went here and bought some chicken bowls to take home and once we got home my mom went to stir her bowl with the sauces and she noticed a piece of something that shouldn’t be there. So she took it out and inspected it and it was a sharp piece of metal. She could have swallowed it and it could have damaged something in her body. So she right away called the store and the kid said he was sorry it happened and his manager wasn’t there. So he took my moms phone number and would call his manager and told us what time he would be in the store the next day. My mom told the kid that she works and can’t come in at the time the manager would be there. So she waited and waited for the manager to call her back and he never did. What kind of customer service is that? We won’t be coming back to this location ever again!

I love the Flame Broiler Franchise, but one thing about this place that is different from all the rest. It’s really noisy, don’t bother coming by during lunch rush during the week since a good majority of the surrounding business’s come by for the lunch break. Lastly their cook tends to dry out the meat, close to a burnt crisp.

When I’m hungry and looking for something quick to eat, Flame Broiler is my usual go to. Good: The mini bowl is enough to keep my tummy happy. I always opt for the brown rice. Their ‘magic’ sauce isn’t that magical, but I would rather pour hot sauce into my food any day to give it that kick.

I like The Flame Broiler because I can go out to eat for lunch and not break the bank or bust my gut. If you do it right, you can actually get a really filling meal within a good calorie range. That’s right. I’m talkin about watching cals. And I never talk about watching cals. But, every now and again I need to tighten things up and get back in line. Anyway, as with most locations in this area it fills up around lunchtime and since it’s such a small restaurant the line seems even longer. If you eat lunch and then notice a few hours later that you feel like someone roofied you, you’ll think, «This isn’t supposed to have MSG.» Here’s the kicker: the sign says no ADDEDMSG. That doesn’t account for whatever is naturally in there. No, they didn’t bait and switch you and it’s not false advertisement. Your hungry stomach smelled grilled chicken and you didn’t catch the ADDED part. It’s cool. Just take that food coma in stride. If you like spicy, try the hot sauce. I swear it’s just Red Rooster but it’s tasty and hot.

This place is healthy and has fresh veggies and meats in a teriyaki bowl. For you health enthusiasts, I understand how Flame Broiler is a good option. However, I wish I could teach everyone that you can make this exact same bowl at home. I came by for a quick pit stop after the gym because I’ve never tried Flame Broiler before. It was lunch hour so it was pretty busy. I got the Angus beef and veggie bowl with white rice. The calories for each bowl seem forgiving and I got some sides of their Magic Sauce and this hot sauce. The meat was chopped into bits and made it easy to eat. It tasted like Korean Kalbi meat. The steam vegetables were good and the rice was cooked well. The Magic Sauce was a teriyaki sauce and the hot sauce tasted like a vinegar based hot sauce. It was good. It tasted fresh. But YOUCANMAKETHISATHOME. Go to a Korean Supermarket and buy half a pound of their pre-made Kalbi, chop it up into pieces, and pan fry for 2 minutes. Use your rice cooker for your white or brown rice. Buy some veggies that you can steam in a bag and throw that puppy into the microwave. Buy a bottle of Kikkoman teriyaki sauce and you have Flame Broiler… probably 5 bowls worth for half of the price.

I like this particular Flame Broiler. Fast service, fresh food, and decent portions. They also don’t charge extra for brown rice! A delicious steak and rice bowl with«magic sauce» for under $ 6? Count me in.

Had a chicken bowl with half chicken and beef here yesterday, along with a side of veggies(broccoli, carrots and cabbage) with my brother. We actually split the meal and it was just right, since they pack on the rice and meat. The chicken was tasty, but I really liked beef. It was marinated and cooked just right. These bowls were bomb. I’m not sure how healthy it was since we kind of took liberty with the teriyaki sauce. They also got an industrial size gallon bottle of srircha. My kind of place. I’ll do it again.

This is my type of a healthy, high protein meal. I ordred the works plate which is basically rice topped with chicken and beef, along with a side of steamed veggies, salad and 3 orange slices. The meat was very flavorful and rich. The veggies were kinda crisp but complimented the rice and meat well. The salad was fresh and I enjoyed the light, sweet dressing. Of course it’s mandatory that you add the secret sauce and hot sauce to combine all of the ingredients together. Even though I have a voracious appetite. I ate half and felt very comfortable. I get to eat the other half later on. It’s a great deal under $ 8 including tax.

Finally tried this place after hearing everyday work… it’s nothing special. It’s a place that sells beef bowl. I got the rib plate to share with the BF for about $ 8. The food came out fast. The only negative thing I can say about this place is the cashier. She seemed like she hated her job. I think if I were a mystery shopper she would have been in deep SHIEZ. She seemed angry, sad, bored and everything negative in between. You should never bring your drama to work…

Small little fast food restaurant located in a strip mall off of Main Street. Pretty crowded at lunch time and seating inside is limited. There are some outdoor seats available however it’s shared with the restaurant next door. I went with the chicken and white rice bowl. Really nothing to this other than chicken, rice and some chopped onions on top for a garnish. The chicken itself was great however I wish there were more. I was able to load up on my carbs though and that is not necessarily a good thing. The bowl and a drink cost me about $ 7 total. For the amount of food, not a bad deal.

Saturday 8÷21÷10 Not sure why this place is rated so low… we even got our bowls brought out to us as we sat outside to enjoy the breezy evening weather! Got the Works with brown rice and it was yummy… the thing I like about FB is that the flavor is uniform and u can’t mistake the taste! Always an easy decision to come eat here if you want some fast healthy food! It is also conveniently located across the street from my favorite Starbucks I like to study and do computer stuff at and in the same plaza as the huge Barnes and Noble…
