I frickin’ love this place.
My 4s died two weeks before my upgrade date. I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 10 years. Did they care? Nope! They said the best they could do was sell me the cheapest phone in the store – some droid – for almost 400 bucks. Thanks, but I’m an iPhone girl. I don’t do Droid. Anyways… after finally threatening to take my business to ATT… Verizon sent me here.
Simply said: these guys are AWESOME. They couldn’t upgrade me two weeks early but they DID hook me up with a 4 and then told me to come back the next week and they would upgrade me to my 5 a week early. Did that, bam, even exchange. They even went out of the way to see who would give me the most money for my busted 4s.
I will definitely be coming back here and sending anyone who has Verizon here as well.

I can’t express how pleased I am with the service I received from Wireless Zone in Orange. I went to 2 other Verizon Wireless store before finding these guys. The other 2 stores pretty much told me there was nothing they could do, other than sell me a new $ 500 phone… Bob the owner was very willing to help when we explained my problem. Calvin the tech guy is the best. He fixed my phone in a matter of hours. Dropped it off and a little while later, it’s like I have a brand new phone. I can’t thank these guys enough! They saved me lots of money and aggravation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!!!
