I took my mower here because Sears no longer does repairs. The Sears associate warned me that the shop has poor customer service. Despite the warning, I took my mower in since it was under warranty. I don’t know what people are complaining about: my experience was great. Right from the beginning, they had an idea what was wrong with my mower: bad fuel messing up the carburetor. They said that my mower would be done in a week. The mower was fixed on time and they even gave me a courtesy call. The pickup was fast and professional. What the tech said was very interesting, which is a lesson for all of you: when your mower breaks down in the spring/summer, expect a longer time for repair. That’s just the busy season. So don’t expect things to be done right away because you want it to happen. They want to provide good service, but you gotta give them a chance or find another mower shop. If I have any mower issues I am definitely using their services again.

Had my mower for 5 days and didn’t even give me a price to how much it will be to get it fixed!

Bad customer service, they had my mower for 3 weeks. I called twice to check on progress. Both times i was told they were waiting on parts. So i stop in there to check on progress. I was told«yeah your mower has been done for weeks» Really? id like to know what parts they were waiting on since all they did was clean the carb.

This place is a rip off!!! They did my repair without telling me how much it would be. I could have bought a new one for the price they charged! It broke right away also!!! I will never be back and I highly recommend you stay away from there!!!

Beware of everything about this shop. It is a shame that they are the only warranty shop nearby for troy built. Absolute worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Brought my mower in to ask for an estimate on repairs. Two weeks pass and no call back. I called and asked if the estimate was ready and they acted like I was stupid to be calling so soon. Another week goes by and no call back. I call again and they tell me the repairs are ½ way done and the total I owe is X(before calling and telling me what repairs are needed and actually getting my go ahead to do the repairs). Then tell me a part needed to finish the repair is on back order. They again acted as if my call for a status was a huge burden. No eta on the parts. Call again in another week and no part in. Call again in another week and they say, Oh, yeah, that’s been done for a while now. Thanks for the heads up! I don’t understand how such a poorly run business can keep its doors open.

Beware of the«minimum service charge,» which doesn’t include the environmental waste fee, parts, and sales tax! And the day I went to pick up my tool they had closed shop over an hour early. I brought in a power tool that I had already found the problem to and disassembled. I needed 3 parts replaced, and they only had 1. I ended up paying over $ 30 to fix a $ 90 tool with $ 0.20 worth of rubber tubing I could have bought at any hardware store. And the $ 3 environmental fee for the 6″ of tubing that ended up in the trash? Something tells me that went in their pockets and not the State.
