The credit card machine wasn’t working and they didn’t bother to tell me until the sandwich was already made, seriously???

The crew today was beyond helpful. I came into the store with a large order and they worked as fast as they could to fill my order. To the gentleman who was working, thank you for being so patient with me and my son. You went above and beyond my expectations.

First impression was understaffed for a lunch hour. Upon requesting 26 inch sandwiches I noticed right away that their bread is much smaller than most locations. I got to the register and was told that they don’t take online coupons. Absolutely ridiculous. I gave them a paper one that was for another location and they accepted it. I then was given a total of 14 dollars for one six inch and a drink. Excuse me? They charged me a la cart for each piece of meat. Hell no. The manager then fixed it and got it down to 10. I already know the cost for my order. This was still high. I examined my receipt and he snuck a side of apples on it. I requested a refund that I received. With so many Subways to choose from, I will never return to this one. Common sense tells me that you should accept coupons like every other location and be aware of prices like what one sandwich and a drink costs. Have more staff and don’t rush customers because your understaffed.

Meh… didn’t take a coupon that all Sacramento Area subways are supposed to take, and then got sassy with me about it… Too many other places to eat to deal with that kind of nonsense!!!

The subway is hit or miss depending on the kids they hire. They don’t honor a lot of the coupons because it’s privately owned I guess. They do have the daily sandwich specials. Clean location, ingredients are always fresh.

I go here because it is close to my house but from now I will drive further to go to another. There is a blonde girl that makes great sandwiches, but all the others are horrible. They don’t wrap sandwiches right and when you eat it it’s all smushed and the sandwich is opened instead of wrapped closed. They don’t give many veggies and when you ask for more lettuce they huff and puff. Also, EVERY time I ask for avocado its old and nasty. I especially won’t ever get a sandwich made by the East Indian woman(I think she may be the owner). She makes HORRIBLE sandwiches and salads and always has the WORST attitude. Also, just this last experience I was sitting at a table eating and one of the workers mopped over my foot and when I looked up at her she looked at me because she knew what she did and didn’t even say anything. Horrible.
