Friendly staff and great service always calls for a good Taco Bell restaurant. This is getting four stars only because the drive-​through is a tight squeeze in can ooze into the parking lot with overflow so poor planning there but other than that the facility is very clean and the food was good.

The service here is Awful! The females at the drive thru are rude. One rolled her eyes at me cause I wanted to pay with cash & card. God forbid. Seriously wanted to slap her ;). And another time a different female was talking crap about another customer while taking my money at the drive thru. Taco bell will hire anyone. Ridiculous! So, just remember folks as you’re ordering your food, that female you’re giving your order to may be either rolling her eyes or talking crap about you.

Just ordered thru the drive thru and cashier was rude and burrito had really crunchy hard potatoes in it, maybe sat out for hours, 4:30 pm on Thursday

OV Taco Bell is beautifully remodeled and the service is excellent. Chrissy is always upbeat and cheerful. The only issue is the restaurant seems very warm as if there are AC issues. Food proportion size is good, quality is consistent with most TB’s and fast.

I live in the neighborhood and come here all the time. Food is whatever, same quality you’ll get at a normal Taco Bell. They are soooo slow it’s ridiculous. I’m always in line longer than any other drive thru and there’s usually not even many cars ahead of me. They are just slow and the quality does not make them worth the wait

Any older problems seen to have gone away. My order was complete and accurate. Service was fast any the product was as ordered. If you need a fast food fix I would give this taco bell a try.

I don’t think that i have ever gone to this taco bell and gotten the correct order. Today I ordered a black bean burrito with guacamole and got the burrito with NO black beans. Very frustrating. They need staff who can read what people order and follow directions. I would rather drive farther and go to another taco bell than go here.

Fine tasting, sad portions. Honestly, I can’t finish a cantina bowl at other TBs. I just had one from here and I’m still hungry. It was pathetic. I should have taken a picture. I was in rout so I did not have a chance to take it back.

I have never had a problem with items missing in my drive through order and I’m a little ashamed to say that I am a pretty regular customer. I love Taco Bell!

We’ve eaten here many times, but I think from now on, we’ll stick to the Taco Bell on Auburn and Greenback in Citrus Heights. Went through the drive thru and placed our order. Got to the window and the girl working the window (Robynn, according to the receipt) just hands us our food. No thank you, no smile, but plenty of attitude. I was about to pull out when my wife reminded me that she had ordered a drink which we didn’t receive. I knocked on the window and reminded Robynn that we had not received our drink. She proceeded to hand me the drink with no apology whatsoever, and again, no smile, but plenty of attitude. The food too seems to be sorely lacking most of the advertised toppings. The taco my wife ordered had LITERALLY 4 strands of cheddar on it. Not cool Taco Bell. Not cool…

The food is not bad if you like Taco Bell, but if you order more than two things in the drive through make sure you check your bags. Maybe someday I will learn, too. Nearly every time I go to this location they forget to put something in my bag and someone in my family ends up with a sad face.

I am sooooo not happy with this store today. I have posted before that this is a training store and there is very high turn over, but tonight was a doozy. I went through the drive thru and a simple order went completely wrong. To make a very long story short, I informed the cashier that an item was missing. She then asked her coworker who was out of my line of sight if he put it in the bag. Her coworker then cussed at her and told her that he put it in the bag. More of this went back and forth, and then finally I received my missing items. I have never had this type of service from this store, and with other Taco Bells in close vicinity I am not sure I will go back at this point. I have informed the management of this issue as well. I understand that it is a Taco Bell and I do not expect perfect service, but that was crazy…

I am a fan of this taco bell because they have really nice restrooms. I have yet to have any of their food but thanks for allowing me to take a quick pitstop for your bathroom! Very clean and well maintained!
