We are renting our home under the management of SearchLight Properties and find them extremely professional and efficient. Our maintenance concerns have always been handled quickly. We have been in our beautiful home almost 3 years and have not had any issues or concerns regarding SearchLight.

After we moved, in less than a month we had someone in the home renting. Fees were reasonable and payment prompt. When the renter was being difficult, it was handled quickly and professionally. Michelle made sure that some needed repairs were inexpensive and of the highest quality.
They have recently expanded and we can tell that even though they are getting larger, they will still take special care of their customers! Searchlight has also added online payments so you don’t need to worry about paper checks!
