This rental had difficulty written all over it from the get-​go. Maybe it’s a different experience if you are member? We were appreciative of the less than 7 day rental, however, the cost was the same as other agencies — which when you can rent for 3 days from elsewhere it is the same cost but much newer/​better equipment.
Our rental did not have a working awning which during the furnace of 90 degree days was not very well received. Then it was 3 hours late for pickup due to servicing of the generator which still did not work and delayed our trip significantly.
Nothing is ready when you pick up (like various devices being turned on for you) and returning is painful because you are responsible for all clean out of the tanks where as other places it is included.
They also place a secondary charge on your credit card for the deposit and it takes almost a week to get it back from them, instead of a normal rental why they just lock your credit card for that amount.
All in all, a substandard rental equipment that rickety-​rolls down the road for top of market prices. As always, your experience may vary. Maybe the other RV is better and we just got the shaft?

Renting the 19 ft trailer was a pleasure. The trailer is in good condition, but not a luxury trailer. The price is what was the best deal. There were not extra fees or a 7 day minimum, like other agencies I tried to rent from. I also rented a generator and it ran perfect and no problems.
Joe and Wes were really helpful and I will rent again.

We rented the pontoon and it was amazing. Joe wad a great driver and let us do our thing. It was for my birthday and perfect. Everyone had a blast. I highly recommend this company. The boat was beautiful and clean. Many of thr girls with me are already talking about another event they can rent it for. Thanks Joe. You are the best!

they changed owners and are headed to going out of business… They don’t have nearly the equipment they used to.
