Jack In The Box

I ordered a chicken strip meal a taco and a cheesecake I get back to my wife and our newborn baby at the hospital and I didn’t even get my chicken but they made sure to give me a bunch of ranch and BBQ sauce. WTF?!

We had a big order and they were nice enough to bag everything individally. James seems to control the big order well and got it out quickly. Great job.

20 minute wait in line and hadn’t even gotten to order yet. Thanks for wasting my lunch

It does indeed feel odd to Unilocal a Jack in the Box, Kevin. I almost talked myself out of it except that I saw other reviews and can only hope that this may be seen by management for correction. I waited for almost 20 minutes for 4 tacos. I went through the drive thru, had to wait in the parking lot, and then had to go inside to get my tacos that were sitting on the counter, totally defeating the purpose of a drive thru. I had to ask for my drink cup after someone hurriedly dropped the bag of tacos into my hand, and then a straw to which I didn’t even get a response. She pointed at the drink station for me to retrieve it.
Probably a week prior, I ordered a spicy chicken with no tomato and asked if I could add onion and a side of mayo (because they are infamously dry). No extra mayo, no onion, a big fat juicy tomato, and old fries graced my paper bag. And, infamously, a dime size dollop of mayo for the whole sandwich. Luckily, I was going home where I could slather it with mayonaisse, hope to get all the tomato juice off my chicken, and slice up some onion for myself. The fries were doomed though. I could not save them. I was mildly disappointed to say the least.
At any rate, I love Jack in the Box tacos. I even adore the Spicy chickens. It just sucks when you pay for something that comes out less than what is promised and even worse when the staff is perturbed by your existance. Hopefully they can make some changes.

I Feel… Slightly Jacked. Really the workers are nice enough. The food though in this location is never warm enough. We don’t go often because well… we try and eat healthy en stuff, but every once in awhile I get that craving for a taco and we give it a go. Only to be faced with a luke (is that even a word or am I spelling it wrong?) warm taco ending with an ummm instead of a yummm.

It’s kinda weird to Unilocal a Jack in the Box, I mean it’s Jack in the Box.
It’s not like this ones food quality is better or they have a special taco sauce the others don’t, but the folks who work here are always so nice and take the time to prepare everything so it looks nice and is not smashed that I gotta give um the 5 stars.
As far as Jack in the Boxes go, you guys kick @(*#&$ Keep it up!
