Absolutely the worst fast food place I have experienced, and I thought that was impossible. The clueless server tried three times to enter my order(a hamburger, baconator fries and water) then gave up and asked for help. I gave her 6.25 and she have me change for $ 7(I guess counting 5 quarters is beyond her.) Imagine my disappointment when the baconator fries were served cold — matching the cold cheese sauce. I sent it back and asked for hot. Just when I thought it couldn’t possibly get worse, it took 15 minutes of staring at the folks behind the counter before I asked about my fries, while a couple of them knew I had returned them, they still hadn’t replaced therm. After asking if I wanted fresh fries they were able to come up with some thing that was hot and greasey. I mentioned to them as soon as I got my food that there were no napkins and no ketchup in the dispensers. Thirty minutes later, still none. Lest you feel I’m being critical, take a look at the tray on their shake machine, overflowing with who knows what? Keep on moving, there is nothing here.

Salads are pretty good, but frankly, the drive through takes forever and something is wrong with my order 9 times out of 10. They are friendly(most of the time), but if I order something special(like ‘no onion’ or ‘extra pickle’), it’s usually not done correctly. I often don’t get salad dressing or the packet of pecans with the salad, or I just don’t get something in the order. If you go here, CHECKYOURORDER.

I eat fast food on a regular basis all over the Metro area. Unfortunately I live in Oregon City and this Wendy’s has for years served the worst food I’ve ever eaten at a Wendy’s. Food is often cold, dried out, or over done from being held too long. Drive thru orders have frequently had missing items. Sad when a properly run Wendy’s can consistently serve very good food. Avoid this location at all costs.

Its a Wendy’s. They have frosty dairy desserts. I am a bit disappointed now that jr bacon cheezeburgers and nuggets no longer grace the 99 cent menu. It works in a pinch when your starving and just learning your way around the city. The manager was kind when he gave me my ice water, but totally forgot to give me a straw.
