Seriously… The fantastic lady at the counter(blonde w wrist brace) is the only thing going well here. She’s wonderful and the greatest asset. That said the last 5 out of 6 times I have waited for basic orders for upwards of 45 minutes. I’m not exaggerating. I don’t have time for this. The food had a couple different options(one w chicken etc) and was labeled so poorly tonight we still got it mixed up. It would have been better if they had just drawn happy faces on the wrappers. Do you need to staff more people then send them home if not needed? This is a serious on going problem and im not sure if upper mgt knows about it. After a 45 minute wait for three items sitting in the lobby tonight they just threw the food on the counter, said my name and bounced to the back. It’s good I didn’t need 4 items! We live very close, but it will take less time to drive down to McLaughlin and hit that Taco Bell, then drive back up into Oregon city. Screw that noise. 45 minutes??? Sitting in the lobby??? Every time we go???

I don’t care if I wait. It’s consistently hot, well prepared and served with a smile. CONSISTENTLY being the key. I don’t experience anything exceptional, I receive exactly what I’m paying for. My expectations are slightly beyond met with quality. Isn’t it funny how reviews of exceptionality come from being good at delivering exactly what the customer wants and doing it consistently?! I want Taco Bell all the time. The reason I don’t buy it all the time? Right after I decide I want it, I start weighing out if I want it the way it usually comes to me. Unfolding, maybe tightly folded, warm, cold, maybe hot, maybe all in the bag, with a frown, with a smile, sauces, etc etc… That leads me to «I think no» and my mind goes to stopping somewhere that I can predict what I will receive, because there’s no gamble at the other places I end up choosing. At that point it has nothing to do with not wanting taco bell’s food. I will throw my money at this particular Taco Bell 2 – 3 times a week as long as you remain consistent, so will I. Discover what your customer wants and deliver that plus 1%, consistently. You take care of them and they’ll take care of you.($) Keep it up.

At first the moble app wasn’t working and I and my wife were frustrated. I explained the situation to the manager. Liz and Karen were nice enough to not only honor the deal but to give us the meal on the house. Great customer service Liz and Karen.

Came through tonight and ordered a taco 12 pack. I received it within 3 minutes and everything was made correctly. The person at the window was very nice and gave me plenty of sauce and napkins. Will definitely be coming back here. SO much better than the taco bell in Gladstone.

I’ve been to this Taco Bell a few times, and I’ve had such a pleasant experience with their customer service every time. One of the cashiers, Dakota B, is surely one of the most pleasant fast food workers I’ve ever encountered, and the team seems to work very well together. My 7-layer burrito is always made to perfection.

REGULARLY The slowest drive thru I’ve ever experienced. It often takes at least 30 mins to get through the line. I now go elsewhere when I see a line. I’m not sure they understand the concept of fast food.

Sat in drive through over 30 minutes. Line was into the market parking lot(as in customers couldn’t even get in taco bell lot). After waiting so long for fast food, we get it home and are missing several items from our order that we were charged for. The sad part is, this is not rare at this specific location. There need to be more people working and management improvements focused on efficiencies to speed up production. The drive through window employee tried to be friendly on the midst of chaos. Feel bad that employees have to deal with this madness.

I’ve been waiting in drive thru for over ten minutes, and I haven’t even ordered. So that makes me a chump because it isn’t even good food. Seriously, why are they so slow?

Still in my top 2 for best Taco Bell food ever. Typically clean dining room, stuff is stocked, food is good

It’s TB. Healthy-er if you order the right stuff, not so much if you don’t. If they are busy your Grilled wraps might be a little dark. It’s TB.

I have had issues in the past with Taco Bell and especially this place. Have only one issue if you park in the small area next to the main and there is a line of drive thru you may get stuck. I dont believe they knew how busy this place would be. But for your benefit just learn to walk across the parking area and park in the larger lot. But things have improved a ton recently on service and over all quality.

Don’t try to satisfy your taco bell craving here on a Sunday late evening. Long drive-thru lines! I was stuck waiting for 35 minutes a few weeks ago. Tried again last Sunday night with the same results! I assume its just poorly managed.

I have been to this TB twice, the employees are always courteous and the food is consistent with what you look for at Taco Bell. Restaurant is clean.

It gets very busy at dusk and continues… Food is Taco Bell. what else do you expect? The place is clean especially considering the amount of traffic, and on a Tuesday too.

I think going to Taco Bell was the worst decision I’ve made this year. People like to come here because it’s cheap — but for $ 5, why not go to a real taco shop and get real food?
